I transferred here due to another Walgreens not being able to fill my meds for my epilepsy. Now it’s time for a refill and I’ve been on and off (due to being hung up on) of the phone for an hour trying to get my meds refilled. I literally had time to get to Cox Mill HS and pick up my kid from drivers ed then drop him off at home then drive up here. The pharmacist then proceeds to tell me the reason it did not go through and they did not request for another refill was because I didn’t have an active prescription. Well DUH! That’s why I requested for a refill from you and the physician. He then tells me he will submit for a refill but that he has 200 prescriptions to fill. I requested for this yesterday. They still haven’t added it to my app. I hate that I switched! Maybe it’s time to try mail order. Jesus! All I want is my meds for epilepsy!

The worst pharmacy around. Do not use it if you can help it! Every time I go to pick up a prescription, it’s not ready. Even if it’s days after the doctor sent it in. They are rude and the line is always long and slow.

The rudest customer service staff of all Walgreens, especially the pharmacist. The pharmacist is a rude, and racist person. They never speak when you walk in, and Let me say, they only speak to the white customers and can’t no one tell me otherwise when I’ve lived in this area for 8 years and have gotten my medicine here only for the convenience for more than half those years, and has see it first hand the only time I get a hello is if there is a black cashier when you walk in and the from the black pharmacy assistant. I hate seeing anyone else when picking up medicine because they are so rude and talk amongst themselves while picking up medicine to ignore you and you can barely get a word in because then they look at you like you’re bothering them. Going to drive thru is worse. The pharmacist that’s on duty call theirselves helping out but she should stick to filling meds if she’s going to be rude. She don’t give you time to explain anything to her without just sitting the phone down and having the tech help you because she’s easily annoyed. She did not understand what I was trying to explain and wasn’t even a minute that passed and she was annoyed that quick, walked away from me and sat the phone down without a word, I had to go inside the store to finish my transaction with the tech but then the pharmacist stands there and listens to my conversation with tech when she couldn’t stand at the window and listen. She just did not want to help me. Her facial expression always changes when she looks up and see it’s black face she has to help. If it was in and out she would be fine but go to answer questions she absolutely doesn’t want to do that so her attitude is just nasty. The saying “customer service staff, has the worst customer service” is a perfect fit for her, her face should be the face of that saying. I will not return to any Walgreens for shopping or medication but I know it wouldn’t matter. Another black down, a billion to go. If you hate your job and have no patience for the ppl you serve, simply don’t do it! Find a work from home job. Pharmacist working 7/27 in the evening is thee absolute worst. Called me a liar right to my face was the icing on the cake and my exit cue from this business . Ok rant over.

I went to this Walgreens after visiting the tractor supply store. The store was clean. However they seemed to be out of stock of certain items. I Normally don't shop at this particular Walgreens. I went here to purchase a few snacks to take back home. I'm not sure if this was due to the current food shortage or what. The staff was pleasant. Will shop again.

Experienced poor customer service in Pharmacy area. Was ignored by staff and just overall did not have a good experience. I will go to Harrisburg in the future and continue getting meds at the Huntersville Walgreens on Commerce Center Drive.

Such kind and pleasant healthcare workers at this locations pharmacy. They work hard to be informative, attentive and most importantly, CARING in healthcare. Thank you all so much for being the team you are. I will be driving to go to this location specifically for their awesome people. Walgreens are NOT all the same.

These are most certainly some of the laziest people in the pharmacy. You call and they keep picking up, and placing you on hold. They never answer to even acknowledge you or even greet you to even say they are busy and they will be a minute. They just keep picking up and putting you on hold. I've been on hold a total of 17 minutes and still have yet to speak to a live person. Do your freaking job! People have questions about their medications and that's what you people get paid for! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate. Laziness at it's finest.

The staff here is great. I don't fill my prescriptions at Walgreens anymore though not because of the people but instead bad corporate policy or the poor interpretation of corporate policies where after my sleep specialist left Medicaid and became an out of pocket cost, Walgreens had decided that there's this whole fictional law about how beneficiaries cannot use goodrx for medicine if they have Medicaid so I was getting fleeced to basically rent my own faculties due to TBI and hypersomnia caused by TBI yet they've never offered any problems to my family members in using goodrx to fill other controlled substances that were for pain and not legitimately prescribed stimulants for narcolepsy/hypersomnia. Inconsistency and inappropriate application of a law that doesn't exist is no reason I want to pay 8x what I pay with..... GoodRx by driving a bit further where I can obtain the same medicine for the same condition from people that have my info on file written by the same doctor, for the same patient and all. I understand that it's the pharmacists discretion in such matters but I can see what you're doing here.
