Over and over again it takes the store days to fill prescriptions. I have been going to this poplar tent location for over 10 years and for the last year or so it has gone down the drain. We will not be returning to Walgreens. Hello CVS across the street.

This has been my pharmacy for over a decade, but I'm done. Prescriptions take days to get to filled. If you don't call them numerous times, it takes even longer.My doctor sent a prescription for allergy medication on Friday morning. I received notice on Saturday evening it was filled. It's literally slapping a label on a box and it took that long...and I know I won't have to drive up to the store anymore to check on a refill because the cashier loves hanging up on people. Even when confronted in person, the pretty little girl denies it. But reading the other reviews shows she has a habit of doing it.

My family was visiting from Va. and my son had an accident that landed us in the ER on Easter.His prescription wasn’t ready until the next day.We arrived to the drive thru around 11:00am.The technician helping us was a young, beautiful young lady but sadly, her customer service wasn’t the same.She was entirely rude and seem to not want to do her job when we informed her of our 2 insurances.Definitely the worse ever experience I’ve ever had with the company.

It would’ve been nice to know my medication (controlled substance) was on backorder instead of just having it cancelled. It’s been almost a week with no communication at all about my order besides it being Vance in the app which I thought was because the pharmacy was closed due to the RPh being sick over the weekend. I ordered my med again and then went into the store and that’s when they told me it was in back order and they gave no info besides that. It’s mostly frustrating because it’s a controlled substance and I can’t just have it transferred. I have to call my Dr. to cancel the script at Walgreens and see if they can sent it to another pharmacy which can take a few days.

Came in a few minutes before the pharmacy closed and Damen was still very happy to help me with my prescription! Never had problems with this pharmacy, even when busy the pharmacists are courteous and helpful.

Pharmacy staff is nice and I love how diverse they all are; but they are very quick to put blame on the clinic, and the call center time and time again. This will be our last prescription filled here at the Poplar Tent location.

Pick a different pharmacy. Medication is never ready. You order refill's and you have to wait 4 days and still not ready when you go to pick up. It's always an excuse "short staff" i have been hearing this for a year. You call and ask about your medication and they are giggling and laughing in the background instead of getting medication ready. Go somewhere else. Not here.

Never using this pharmacy location again. The ER doctor sent over a prescription at 3:53am on 12/27, called Walgreens at 11am the same day (7 hours later) and they said they couldn’t see it in their system. Called the ER doctor back to confirm they sent it, they did, so they sent it AGAIN at noon. Granted, this pharmacy is good at answering calls, but the pharmacy techs will flat out lie to you about when your prescription will be ready. I called every 1-1.5 hours and was told it wasn’t ready, it will be ready after 2pm, after 3pm, after 4pm, call back at 5:30-6pm if you don’t receive a notification in your app that it’s ready. Finally I call again at 8:15pm for them to tell me it’s ready and they close at 9pm. Teach your staff to not lie or make false promises on when a prescription will be ready. I get that it’s the holidays and everyone is busy, but I would have rather been told the truth for example: “Your prescription is not ready and I cannot guarantee a time of when it will be. Please check your app for up to date notifications.” And learn to be more compassionate, the pharmacy techs all sound annoyed whenever I called in, and in person, they are not very nice and always give off a bad attitude.

WORST. PHARMACY. they will hang up on you. They will LITERALLY WAIT ALL WEEK to fill a prescription that the doctor sent over on 11/30. Then when you call a different pharmacy to get it transferred. Walgreens will not allow it. Nor will they pick up the phone for the other pharmacy. They will hang up on them. It is now 12/04. And I still have yet received my medication.

I have always used this pharmacy since I moved to the area. As of the past 6 months I have been shocked by the poor attitude of the staff over the phone. When I go in to the store it’s fine, but I can’t do that conveniently.

They are flat out lying about how busy they are. They wait until you try to pick up a prescription before they even try to fill it.Doctor call in a order Monday, went in Wednesday to pickup my prescription and was not ready at around 5pm need to come back after 7. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last month. Last time they said same thing not ready yet need to come back later. Looked at the ticket and said order said order came in at 11:50 am. 6 hour later and still not ready.
