At first, my experience with Verizon was horrible, but I went to the corporate office on Concord Mills and the young lady who helped me was more than helpful she was able to fix the problem that I needed and she didn't Give up, she helped me from beginning to end.

Byron is absolutely fantastic!! When I had a very rude experience with over-the-phone verizon tech support person, Byron went above and beyond to make things right. His customer service is impeccable, and I refer any of my family/friends to this store, specifically because of Byron's GREAT customer service and helpfulness. GIVE THIS AWESOME MAN A RAISE OR A BONUS, he deserves it!!

Kris V is amazing! He went into full detail explaining all of our options, broke down all of our savings & explained our bill. Very friendly & welcoming despite coming in late & keeping him after close. He made sure we were completely satisfied & we will continue to return to him for all our needs!

Don't waste your time going to this location. I have been a Verizon customer over 25 years and upgraded to 2 new phones from this store in September. I bought both phones from Kristopher Vogel. Yesterday the backlight went out in one of the phones so I brought it back up to the store because I was under the impression that I could bring it to the store and walk out with another phone with the insurance. I was mistaken I could walk of a store just not their store because they are just a retailer. I get that I misunderstood but after I told him(Kristopher Vogel the same rep I bought the 2 phones from) in a calm professional manner I didn't remember that being the case he refused to help me process the insurance claim. He accused me of calling him a liar and told me to file it myself or go to another store of course knowing the other stores were closed and I couldn't file it myself. I had to basically beg him to file the claim because I needed my phone to log into work the next day, so I wouldn't miss a days work. And honestly I would've left it there and just never went back to the store and not left a review but the next day I received an email that the phone was on back order and they would let me know when one was available or to go to a store. I went to the Salisbury store and found out he didn't process the claim correctly or he cancelled it when I left the store even though he collected $99 in the store for the claim. I had to go get proof from my bank I paid the $99 and get them to process the order again and ended up missing a day of work anyway. And when I called the Concord store to speak with him I found out he's off until Wednesday. I would chalk it up to incompetence, but he knows how to file a claim correctly because that was how the discussion of upgrading started when he processed a previous insurance claim in September. So I don't know any other way to take it but he purposely and vindictively cancelled my claim after I left the store or he purposely filed it incorrectly. But the good news is I found a staff that was more than happy to help me in Salisbury and even made sure I would receive a brand new updated version instead of the refurbished model I was suppose to receive. Save yourself a headache and maybe a few days lost wages in my case and drive to Salisbury.

I went to the Concord store just looking. Kristopher Vogel went over and beyond any expectations that I had. He worked for hours showing me and helping me. I left there with new service that far exceeded anything I could have expected. I highly recommend this location and the fore mentioned sales rep. Thanks again Kristopher!

I’ve been a customer at this location for years. Jeff has always been so helpful and gets the job done every time. I drive by two other Verizon locations to get to this one because the customer service is top notch.

I was dealing with what I believed to be an impossible issue after having my old phone stolen. I got a new phone elsewhere but my old phone was conflicting with my new phone. Even though Josh Fuchs didn’t sell me this phone, he stayed after close to make sure all my issues were resolved correctly. I honestly don’t know what I would have done had anyone else had been working, THANK YOU SO MUCH JOSH!
