This place and their customer service is horrible. I went here to return a item at the request of Amazon. The return was supposed to be hassle free. I was instead met with unprofessional service and charged fees for a return that should have been no charge to me.

All 3 girls are awesome! They are very helpful & friendly! They also work very hard! I stopped coming to this location for almost a year because of the older lady that worked there, I was told she was the owner. I was told she hadn’t been there for a while so I decided to try again, the new girls are great!

I wish I could give it a zero! I’ve never had a problem here before. Today I went to return an Amazon package and they had no customers when I walked in. The lady told me to use the self service to send back my package. I have never used this service and I shouldn’t have to if I don’t want to. I could understand if they were busy helping other customers or to minimize the line, but like I said no one was in the store!

Horrible experience. On December 14th, I requested to send a document to Cancun Mexico urgently. The woman from the store said it was too late to send it through overnight however she said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days and it would cost me $108.00. On December 27th I attempted to track the package ( I considered holidays and bad weather conditions in some states could have contributed for delays). No trace of my package. I called UPS 800 number and I was told the tracking number I had didn’t belong to UPS and I was recommended to check with the post office. I called the store, and for my luck, the person that answered the phone was the same person that did the transaction for me on the 14th. She said my package was sent through the post office service and she never told us it would be sent through them. I got very upset but there was nothing I could do. I checked through the regular postal service and nothing. Later my daughter was able to track the package through the ups store online. It reflected my package was “sitting” in Concord from December 14th through the 20th. This past Monday January 8th, I checked the status again and said it was still in Mexico. I contacted the store again and asked to speak with the manager. For my luck, or lack of luck, the same woman answered the call. I explained to her my situation and asked her to check why the package was taking so long. She asked for the tracking number which normally is 12 or more digits. When I said the first two letters she cut me off and said that the number did not corresponded to UPS carrier and I should contact the regular post office. I told her that’s was the same thing she told me in the first phone call and she acknowledged remembering talking to me. I also told her I was able to track the package through the ups store online feature and asked her again to key the whole tracking number as a favor . She said no. I offered to email her pictures of the status that I was able to pull from my phone. She said no again. I explained her this package was very important because it needed to be delivered in Mexico because it was my dad’s death certificate and it was needed for legal use. After saying this, she still refused to put in the tracking number into the system to check on my package. She refused to help me or to hear how I was able to pull up my package on their website. The package STILL hasn’t been delivered. The last time I told this woman was I was going to write a review of her lack or service and she said she was fine with it. I need to say this very clearly. In my opinion UPS has been the best carrier company in my experience. I believe the reason she refused to help me was because of my accent and because I wasn’t her “stereotypical” American.

I sent a document to be printed via the website and followed with a phone call to clarify when it would be ready. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, they needed it emailed instead. I didn't have time to return home to email it before they closed. A courtesy call would have been much appreciated to avoid scrambling for the rest of the afternoon.

This is my regular UPS Store that I visit frequently. The staff is always kind and helpful... so much that I felt comfortable having my will notarized there. Will continue using them for all of my shipping needs.

I started using this UPS Store location years ago when I realized its convenient location, but because of their customer service, I would bypass another to come backThis Store#2767.It is a family run business and I have had nothing but professional service with kindness on top! Most of the time there is a line, but I think its because customers know they are the best around, and it is evident, they work hard to process people as quickly as possible, many times dealing with unprepared customers trying to educate them as to how the process must be handled. I too had a package that required another box to place my package in. They kindly pointed out the Amazon return instructions that I realized I had overlooked. My bad and I'm willing to admit it. The Patel family can count on me as a loyal customer.

Reading these reviews had my heart in strings. I drive from Richfield to Concord when I need to handle business like this. That's about a 40-minute drive to and from, and it happens frequently. When I go to the UPS store on Copperfield Bv, I am ALWAYS TREATED with the utmost respect and consideration. I expect to pay what the prices are, because that is THEIR business!!! They are quick, efficient, and always get my ? where it needs to be. ALWAYS. I don't know why people think there are discounted services with shipping ? UPS, and mailing services are always a little costly. Always have been.The comment to disparage or belittle, under value, criticize, and be downright rude is not NICE! ALSO, THE FACT THAT THEY ARE MIDDLE-EAST PEOPLE AND SAYING THAT IS RACIST!!! ? HAVE SOME COMPASSION!PATELS, I APPRECIATE YOU! THANKS FOR ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF MY NEEDS!TINA

They get very busy but the lady working there kept things moving better than I could have. Very kind and helpful even when most people did not have what they needed to ship.
