I needed to create a celebration of life program and went to this location. Let me say 1000 stars is not enough for the excellent customer service I received from Grace. I was an emotional wreck in the store, crying, uncertain how to create the program. Grace was patient, offered several suggestions, listened, asked if I wanted a bottle of water or if she could get me anything.
It took some time,, my phone was acting up, Grace made sure my celebration of life program was beautiful and perfect. Thank you Grace, your kindness and sweet spirit will always be cherished.
To the readers, if you want excellent, customer service, go to this location at Concord Mills and ask for Grace...she is a precious gem.

Brett has exceptional customer service skills, is personable and makes it easy and a joy to come into this UPS location! He always greets me with a smile and is willing to take a moment to answer any questions and not make me feel rushed. I now don’t hesitate in going to this location as the prior owners and staff were awful to deal with. Thank you Brett for always doing a great job and with a smile….this is non-existent in most establishments nowadays so he truly stands out in being customer-focused and deserves a promotion and should train all customer-facing staff!

The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful. Gabby receive the package for me that was sent to the wrong mailbox , but she figured it out! Thx Gabby!!! Outstanding service! I would recommend the mailbox service to anyone!

I go here all the time to return packages, or ship and everything has been good. They are getting the five star review today though because Brett did an amazing job printing some 11 x 17 posters for a show. He took the time to look at a few different ways, make sure that it was printing in the best fashion, show me a couple of proofs, and then print the batch. Thanks!!

Went in this evening to take care.of some shipping needs. To all uper management , executives and anyone looking to get their shipping needs taken care of.. PLEASE GO HERE!!!!!!! The Concord Mills store is my go-to store. They always have the nicest and most helpful staff. Even though I have another UPS store closer to my house, it is well worth driving a little further to this store.
