I love Ulta, but they consistently fail to honor curbside pickup. I’ve arrived twice and waited for over 15 minutes each time. When I go inside to pick up my order, the cashier informs me that she didn’t receive a notification.

Shout out Mal! I needed a complete makeup restock and Mal spent easily a hour walking around the store with me answering all my questions and helping me select all the right shades. She was friendly, patient, and knows her stuff!

I took my daughter here for a facial and we could not have had a better experience. Ashanti was so great in listening to my daughter and helping her with a skincare routine that works for her. She took time afterwards and helped us find the right skincare products for my daughter. She showed us products from several brands at different price points, which I really appreciated. She is absolutely amazing!

I have been coming to this location for 5 years but I have finally reached my wits end. I use a specific foundation powder and this location is one of the few that carries it. When I first started coming here the product was $33 for the foundation powder. Last year they raised the price to around $40 but when I went in yesterday they had raised the price again to just below $50. I understand inflation is bad right now but that seemed a little ridiculous to me. I pulled up Amazon today and saw that I could buy the same powder for $20 and that’s what I’ll be doing from now on. But that isn’t even the main reason I’ve decided to stop coming here. I am not a big fan of giving out personal information when making a purchase. I never give my name, phone number or email. The girls working at this store will almost berate you for not doing so. Every single time. Yesterday when I went in, I told the girls that I did not want to give my phone number. First they told me they could sign me up easily. I politely declined.. Then they told me I would not be able to return the product if something should be wrong with it. I told them that was ok. Then they asked me if I had a friends number that I could put in. I said I did not and if I did, I would not be comfortable doing that anyway. They asked me a fourth time to put a phone number in. Again I said no and they begrudgingly rang up my product. I feel frustrated and annoyed every time I leave this store as that back and forth happens every time and it’s a bit much. I am writing this in hopes that the manager will see it and hopefully reform their policy when asking for peoples personal information. It should not be necessary for someone to give out their name, email and phone number every time they would like to make a purchase from your store and if someone declines once that should be the end of the conversation.

I was told, after a horrible experience at the salon that my next salon service would be COMPED!!!!(to give service to someone without asking for payment, according to the dictionary) after this service that was supposed to be COMPED, I was only given 10% off the service. After, being told numerous times by manager that it would be COMPED. Manager said nothing about a percentage off, nothing about 10%, none of that. I asked for clarification numerous times before my next service and I was given the impression that I would not have to pay for my next service. They waited until I got to the register to tip my stylist to tell me I have to pay!!! Manager did not care at all.

(SMH).. After 15 years, my cosmetic item was discontinued. I Recieved a warm & friendly greeting from Sabrina when entering the busy store..
Yicel, guided me straight to the perfect shade/match from the 2 drop sample I only had left.. She took the time to cleansed, moisturized & applied a small sample just to double check.. Her customer service was AMAZING with a smile !!! On a scale of 1-100, I give her 500 !! SHE saved me hour of looking throughout the entire store to match up the foundation shade myself. That gave me more time to shop, update my cosmetic collection, and to view new cosmetic lines... I'm a traveling contractor this was the

First time
Visiting Ulta concord was last year Christmas time and I had the pleasure of meeting Shanae, the co manager. She helped me with a fragrance and her customer service is unmatched.
I was in recently and learned that she is no longer with the company. Shanae has the best customer service, smile and presence. Whomever she ends up being employed with next, they have found a gem and this place lost one. Thank you Shanae for your everlasting customer service impression on me.

I visit this store often. Most times I have been greeted by Shanae who is always helpful to me. She is always professional and kind and most recently helped me pick out items fo mother's day. She is very informative of the products they sell as I don't know much about them. I have sometimes spent up to an hour in the store and she is helpful to every customer that is in the store. Customer Service is important to me so that is why I continue to shop here and ask her for help. :-)
