The entire staff is rude, and obviously has no idea to conduct customer service! I will never shop at the store again! Each associate I asked a question to gave such an attitude when answering! It’s too easy to quit your job if you don’t like it! I don’t understand why people feel it’s ok to be blatantly disrespectful. I will never shop there again! And will definitely spread the word!

In over 30 years of shopping I have never had an issue or a problem with a store associate but this was my first and my last time shopping with True Religion! The associates at the Concord Mills store should be dismissed from the company. The price of the jeans should pay for professionalism, respectful and courteous employees that at least care about there job and the brand.. Never ever will I spend another dollar with this company!

This is the second bad experience we've had with this location. Why dis we get to this horrible location and they were closed at 8:35. However hours state that the store is open until 9pm. We live over 2 hours away and to get to the store with 30 mins to spare and rhe store is completely closed, dark, with no sign of life is ridiculous.

Was I assaulted by True religion store in concord? I visited the store today with my husband. So the store is extra 60% off from the tagged price. My husband got some jeans and I got a Jacket. My jacket was 145 in tag plus 60% off , my husband jeans are $125 plus 60% off. When we paid she put my husband Jean with tag price and my jacket she put $189 plus 60%off. So I asked her why didn’t she put the tag price and her answer was (just look at how much you are saving) of course I’m saving money , it’s an outlet store! I’m expecting discounts , if I wanted full price I would go to a regular True religion store. And while the associate gave me this ridiculous explanation, the guy in the store (another employee) started laughing at me… does he know he has a job because of us clients ? I will keep buying from True religion online but not at that concord store.

Fantastic service and great staff but they basically can't take returns from things you've bought online. I received a shirt as a Christmas gift that was one size too small and drove an hour to the store and back to avoid the hassle of shipping my return back. They couldn't find my order using the order number, then they basically said they would refund me the amount of the shirt, but only refunded me a portion of the amount even though I had proof of how much I paid. They basically wanted to give me 50% of the price of the shirt. Even with this money, they said I could only exchange it for a shirt in the store, and then pay the difference, even though I was exchanging the shirt for the same shirt. So I was having to pay extra for the same shirt. The store also had no ability to order me the same shirt from online. I suggested that they give me a gift card but I was informed that those don't work online either. There is basically zero compatibility between the online and in person store. This isn't the fault of the staff there, as they were all quite lovely. It is an issue created by the company itself. The upper management needs to fix their system. Overall, I was very displeased with my experience of the company. The staff seemed to be just as frustrated at the way everything was set up as me. Bad experience but great staff.

This store is the epitome of embarrassing. I have tried two times today to return a clothing item and they aren't open!!!! No website update, no reason, no nothing. FIX THE HOURS OF OPERATION. Concord mills is already aids as it is but to come here twice and not accomplish anything only adds to the frustration. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Just left the store. Horrible shopping experience. The salesman had no interest in doing his job. I use to be a fan of the brand. Not today ! Worst sales experience.
