My fiancé bought an engagement ring here on 11/16/2023 and a diamond has already fell out. Took it back and another diamond fell out. I haven’t had the ring 2 months yet. They refuse to refund money. Beware of this jewelry store. Just bad business. I’m calling Better Business Bureau and channel 9.
