“Derrick at Tuffy's is wonderful!! I had to replace the engine in my car and he helped me to get my after market warranty company to pay. The process was a nightmare but Derrick was so patient and never gave up trying to help me. I am a customer for life now with Derrick and Don at Tuffy's. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you need any thing done to your vehicle, take it to Tuffy's. “Brandon and all of the guys in the shop are top notch. I dropped my 8ll transmission off Tuesday around 3pm and he called me Wednesday (the next day) at 1pm and said it was ready for pick up. All new internals, new bell housing, new yoke, shifter bushing, air lines in the shifter, air fittings, clean up and paint job etc etc etc. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks again guys.”

“I called Peter at Hefti Automotive to see if he could do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that I was purchasing from a dealership not far from him. I am from Michigan, and was buying the car without looking at it in person. Peter was very easy to deal with, and his inspection of the vehicle was more than thorough. He sent me nearly 50 pictures of the car from about ever angle that he could, underneath, pulled carpet up in the truck to make sure everything was as it should be, even found every ding and scratch on the car and sent me a picture of each one. When I got the car, I knew more about it already without seeing it, than I would've had I just gone myself. They did an absolutely wonderful job, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would suggest their service to anyone.”
“I stopped by to check on a wheel alignment for my Ford Expedition and got scheduled for an appointment the very next day. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and helpful. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and accommodating. I was able to bring my laptop and work remotely with no annoying music blaring or people talking loudly, etc. The alignment work was completed quickly and a detailed printout was provided to indicate what work was performed. I was very happy with the service and the price. We will definitely bring our cars to Concord Auto Service Center for our future repairs and service!”

“Every time I go to Hill’s for a car repair, I am confident that he did a good job. Justin Hill is honest and trustworthy. He has always been up front about any issue my car has had. The first time I came to him, I went in to get a A/C recharge and he let me know that wasn’t the problem, what the problem was and the different choices I had to correct the issue. He could have just done the recharge but he didn’t. He will always have our business.”
“They may cost a more than some places but you know your vehicle will be fixed in a timely manner. Took my Trax in on Friday and it was ready Wednesday morning, only a day later than estimated due to a delay in the part. Replaced the leaking charcoal filter, gaskets, etc which is located under the gas tank and 100,000 mile maintenance.”
