We recently used Totes to move a few heavy pieces of furniture and boxes from our garage to the second floor. The entire experience, from the initial call to reserve the time to the moving day, was professional and personable. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and took great care to maneuver the furniture to its proper place, ensuring no damage to our newly installed floors. I would use this company again.

I recently used Totes on Demand for a small local move and I cannot say enough good things about them. From scheduling to my actual move, they were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I paid for three hours and they left with 15 minutes to spare. Absolutely no damage was done to any items or walls. One of them even helped me fix the rails on my bed. As a woman, I often have movers behaving inappropriately but these guys were super respectful plus they were fun to work with. If you need movers for any sized move, I highly recommend Totes on Demand!

I recently used Totes for a 60+ mile move. The movers were on time, respectful, and courteous. I was impressed with how much care they gave to my things. In addition to the movers working carefully, they also worked very quickly and were able to complete the move in less time than I expected. I would highly recommend Totes!

Jennifer was super polite and helpful. William and his son Jay were awesome and did a great job. Super careful and respectful. Definitely will use them again if needed. Highly recommend these guys.

From my initial phone call I was impressed with Totes. Jennifer in the office was organized and friendly. I had a major move of two homes into one, which might be tricky for other companies. I didn't count on the move taking 11 hours, but it did. Two truck loads and everybody working hard the whole time, we got it done. All furnishings are still intact. So far, every box's content is whole and not broken. Really impressed by the workers' professionalism and friendliness. Overall a great experience from a local, family owned business.

I found them through high starred ratings and they just proved that they are one of the best. They arrived on time, communicated well in advance. Above all, they are thoroughly professional, disassembled, packed neatly, and while unloading, ensure the doors and floors of the house are not damaged, assemble again with ease. In spite of all this, they managed to complete the entire move within 4 hours. They are best in class and would definitely recommend it. Good job Will and team.

I’ve used this company twice. Once for unloading our Uhaul. The second time we used their truck and they loaded and unloaded. They are awesome! Both times they arrived on time, were professional, and fast. They wrapped our items up in blankets and plastic to protect them. It was very affordable and hassle-free. We used Totes on our recent move and cannot recommend these guys enough. They were on time (and you can track them via a link they text you), the worked very hard, were professional, fairly priced and just all around a pleasure to work with. There was not a scratch, dent or broken piece on anything on the other side. I would 100% recommend these guys and will absolutely use them again should I have the unfortunate luck having to move again.

The team was very friendly. Offered to place things exactly where we wanted them. Email was very responsive. I really liked the GPS feature so you know exactly where/when they are coming. They wrapped everything that needed to be without asking. The 2 guys moved while one wrapped, very efficient & smooth. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.Service: Local moving
