It was my first time here. After looking around, I remembered the name of a wine that I seldom find. The lady I spoke with immediately checked to see if they had any. We talked for a bit, and she made a suggestion, took me to it, and I decided to try it. Not only was the wine itself wonderful! She was so helpful and pleasant.

I found the beer I love, Murphys, and my wife found the Portuguese Vino Verdi she loves. The employees were very helpful, and checkout was very pleasant.

Total Wine is a beautifully designed and well organized store. You also have a wide range of wines from moderately priced to expenses options. There are also employees that can direct you in the right direction and advise what wines are the best choices to use with foods
or as gifts. I enjoy the experience!

My sister went placed a pick up order from this location today. I went decided to accompany her, as I was interested in potentially trying a new wine. We were first approached by a gentleman who asked if we needed anything & we politely declined, since we already knew exactly what we came for. We proceeded to the appropriate aisle & he asked if we wanted to try the wine we were looking at. We agreed, upon following him, he asked for our IDs. At that moment, I realized I accidentally left my wallet, however my sister had hers. I told him it was fine, she could go ahead and try it herself, as I forgot my ID. He said he couldn’t serve either one of us, since I didn’t have my ID, understandably so. My sister then asked, if she could just get her pickup order & he referred us to his manager. The manager overhead him referring us to her, and stepped in. We explained that I didn’t have my ID, but my sister had a pickup order. I was ok with not getting anything, I know that’s how the law works. However, she stated my sister would not be able to get her already paid for order. We said okay & proceeded to leave the store. As we’re leaving, merely steps away from the exit. A third store associate hops in front of us, says “couldn’t find what you were looking for?”. We told her no, since once again, I forgot my ID. She responds by saying “yep gotta have your ID”. We obviously already know this, as we’re quite literally exiting the store. We were not argumentative without anyone, we simply said okay to everyone and left promptly. My problem with this entire experience, is not them refusing to provide us with an already paid for order. Were both 26, I understand the laws in place. It was just an honest mistake. I have an issue with the underlying condescending & antagonistic tone that was displayed by ALL associates/manager. We were nothing but polite and respectful, we were literally exiting the store, without interacting with anyone. We did not need to be stopped 2 additional times completely unaware, just to be told the same exact thing.
We went back to the car and ended up picking up the order, by selecting curbside online. I will say, the gentleman who brought the order to the car was extremely pleasant and polite. (We did not see him inside the store). Overall, this experience was so off putting to both my sister and I. Safe to say, we won’t be back.

Awestruck. I was a grocery store wine shopper, no more. Have never seen such a wide assortment of wine. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Plan to stay awhile. See you there.
