Be cautious! You might be unjustly accused of theft here.
On June 2, 2024, my wife, two sons, and I visited the Hilfiger store at Concord Mills, North Carolina, to buy festive clothing for our 14-year-old son's middle school graduation. My son tried on a pair of trousers, but they didn't fit, so we left the store without making a purchase.
About an hour after visiting the Hilfiger store, we were surrounded and detained in another store by three police officers and two mall security guards. The police showed us a surveillance photo of my son from the Hilfiger store, and the Hilfiger staff accused my son of stealing the trousers.
We were subjected to a thorough search of our personal belongings and a stressful interrogation. I provided all the receipts for our purchases and showed all the items we had bought, proving that we had not stolen anything. The police recorded our details and eventually left, but the damage was already done.
This incident caused us immense humiliation and distress. Our children were terrified, and our parental authority was undermined in their eyes. The joyful spirit of our weekend outing was utterly ruined.
Avoid this store if you want to protect yourself from such unjust accusations and the resulting emotional trauma.

By mistake the attendant gave me wrong sizes in a pair of shoes I return with the shoes and the receipt and try to change it but they didn’t want to change it because I didn’t have the tag. They should be responsable of their mistake. Terrible service!! Tommy customer service Sucks!! Completely stupid excuse to not give me the correct number. They decided to keep the wrong pair in their inventory. Be careful with them!!!

Very rude staff. Store hours on Sunday are until 6pm. At 5:40 we attempted to try on items in the fitting rooms but the entries were both blocked with carts. We were told they were cleaning the rooms and those weren’t available. However someone was in a fitting room and we were told we could use that room when they finished. When they finished using the fitting room the employee ignored us, blocked still by the carts, and cleaned the room. The employee then told us at 5:50pm that the dressing rooms were closed. Another employee refused to let us try clothes on. We had to coax the manager to let us try items on.If your hours are until 6pm, then stay open until 6pm. If you close at 5:30 then just close at 5:30.Will not return.

Would love to have given 5 stars, but the only thing that stopped me was the selection. Only XXL or medium to choose from in most shirts. It was a weekend, so they might have just sold out quickly. Love the brand and quality though!! Staff couldn't have cared less if you needed help, which was frustrating.
