Went today to let my son pick out a gift for his birthday and play around and we had the best experience! It was our first time and Kimberely was amazing at checkout. She interacted with my son and made him feel important. Please let her know that we appreciate her kindness today!

Was in here today and very clean store. All employees extremely friendly. Trey helped us and was great. We purchased Hogwarts, can’t wait to post some pics of it finished. Thank you.

My son went to this store this week to purchase a small lego set for him and two of his friends. The employee told him he couldn't purchase the 3 items because he was going to resell the product. He explained that it was for him and two friends which the employees said he was a terrible person and he was a reseller and she would never sell him anything from this store. We have purchased thousands of dollars worth of lego sets over the years for his collection, not any more.
In the future if the Lego store wants to limit the sell of product to one per person, that is all you need to say. Do better Lego.

90% of the employees are cool as heck. Occasionally, you get some arrogant vibes from 1 or 2. It's rare but it happens.
Typical lego store though, they usually have what you need.

It is definitely a smaller store. I found it well organized and the staff helpful. I appreciate the completed model to gauge three dimensional finish product for the purchase. Daughter loves the store and the range of price options available.

We had an excellent experience this morning at the Concord Mills location with the store employee and store manager. They made my son feel very special for his birthday! Great customer service!!

Came here for some gifts and found a lot at great value. Nice, clean, and organized store. Everything was super easy to find and locate. They have a variety of Lego sets from small 1 yr old friendly to the over the top more intense ones at about $1k. The employees were super friendly and always eager to help. We did realize that they sell lunchboxes, book bags, and other little knick knacks as well. They do have something for everyone, and I love that. If you're looking for a super simple but yet fun gift idea, this is your way to go. This is located inside the mall a little past the food court.
