The clerks working in this store was very helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I didn't quite find what I was looking for. Which is a discontinued make up, but I'm sure you can find whatever you made need here. Lots of stock and name brand items! Check them out!

The store is always clean and organized, the women are always so nice and helpful and they have great prices. I had the pleasure of working with Aleshia, she was awesome! A week after visiting the store, I called to check stock on a DKNY perfume. She informed me they were having a 75% off sale (lucky me) , sent me a photo of the perfume I was wanting (to confirm), took my payment over the phone and shipped the bottles out to me for only $5. This saved me driving an hour to Concord. Fantastic customer service!!

Ask for Mynam Montes. She was fantastic. We make the trip up to the store two maybe three times a year. We were there this time at the end of the busy Black Friday weekend. Even though it was late on a Sunday she took her time to help us and was friendly about doing it. I wish the company had a customer service line. I sure would call it and let them know what a delight Mynam was waiting on us. The store it self was clean, Covid conscience, and like I said customer friendly. So thank you very much.

I’ve been coming to this location for years but recently the rep that works there named Hannah was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and she is very kind and helpful. I always have a lot of questions about products and most reps don’t seem to have answers but Hannah always advise me whats best.

I’m a makeup artist and I’ve been using this store at this exact location for years to build and add to my kit. I stop in here probably once a month and I have referred SEVERAL people to this store as they have a great selection at an even greater price! Although, I was extremely disappointed for the first time when I purchased a few products and realized that one of them was not placed in my bag! I explained what I believed had happened to the store manager and showed her my receipt, to which they did absolutely nothing to help and I even felt that she thought I was being dishonest about it. /: sort of a bummer considering I am a loyal customer. I suppose - just check your bags before leaving the store and be aware of their return policies as apparently they can differ depending on which location you’re at!! Otherwise this 4 star review would be an easy 5.
