I will literally never order from the store again. I ordered matching Christmas PJs for my children on November 22 it was supposed to be here by the 25th. I had to contact the shipping company because they lost the package and children’s place still won’t send me new PJs so I have them in time for our photo shoot and it said they won’t do anything till mid December which is pointless by then because the package would then get here right before Christmas. They are Unwilling to do anything to help solve the problem. It is a terrible first experience

The store is great its not to crowded or anything they dont have such a wide variety as if you were going to concord mills but prices are affordable.

Will not be shopping at this location again. The staff is rude and argumentative with customers. It’s worth it to drive the few extra miles for better service.

We went since it seems to be the only play place in our area but we were disappointed to find a very unclean facility. Slides, hangout areas and bathrooms included. We saw lots of broken things including rips and tears in the slides and entrance gate. There were zero staff members on the play floor monitoring... which was extremely necessary because older children (left unattended by their parents) were running around knocking down smaller children and playing in the toddler only section. My kids had a blast and it is close to us but unfortunately we will never come back or recommend unless some serious changes are made.

Brought my granddaughter here and have numerous times. They charged me 3 times today and would not refund it, told me it would be 3 days minimum , a computer glitch is the answer! PLEASE be ware !! 19 days later still no call or refund

I shop at the children's place all the time I was out of town and noticed that I bought the wrong size shirts for my son and decided to stop in and exchange the shirts for the correct size. The customer service was horrible and the associate/manager kept getting an attitude with me because I would not allow her to hold my phone to look at my online receipt she stated that she needed the receipt number which I read out loud to her but she insisted that she couldn't do the exchange if she couldn't hold my phone after getting smart multiple times she proceeded to exchange my items with no receipt number or without holding my phone which tells me that she could of did that in the first place and that she was just giving me a hard time. I will never shop at this location again poor customer service should never be acceptable

The first time I came here with the children I nanny for, the service was not bad, although the place was somewhat dirty. The second time, I was very disappointed with the service. What seemed like the "owner" of the place was working that day and he was not friendly to me nor the children. He was rather rude and harsh. Definitely not the proper way to act toward your customers. Go to Monkey Joe's.

The store would not take back our new, unworn clothes with tags. Store policy dictates that clothes can be returned, without a receipt, for a size up or down. We didn't have a receipt because the clothes were Christmas gifts from Grammy. Unable to return the clothes for store credit OR exchange them for items of the same price, we opted to get the correct sizes. However, the store was out of our items. So, because the store didn't have inventory, we were out of luck and now stuck with three items to toss into the yard sale pile. The associate did suggest that Concord Mills would likely take them back for us, but she couldn't, I would have to drive there instead. It seems that if you shop at Children's Place, Concord Mills is the best option for returns and selection.

Stay away. Take the extra drive to the concord mills location. The employees I've encountered here are rude and condescending. They lack customer service skills and won't help at all; I expect more from The Childrens Place.
