I placed a pick order at 8:46 am , cajoled around 12:00pm to see if it was ready only for the assistant store manager Trey who was rude to tell me that they have 72 hours to prepare a pick up order , he stated several times that it was the policy and I could call corporate if I wanted to , I canceled my order

This store had a LOT of sales going on! I was able to buy a lot of clothes, jackets and shoes for 4 kids total for less than $300! SCORE! This location was big and offered a different variety of everything. From long, short sleeve shirts to leggings, jeans, and dresses. Everything was super easy to find and marked according to sizes. This location has two entrances and is separated from girls to boys. The only downside is that there were only 2 cashiers working, so by the time we got ready to pay, there was a long line. It looks like they were also in the middle of taking out new inventory and organizing the store, so they were taking out a lot of new things also. Def. Recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

Stupid store location with bunch of stupid people working.a) This store has two entrances. one from mall and other one from external parking lot. But they mandate to use mall entrance only and made customer walk whole nine yards.b) I was denied a pick up order just because it was under my wife's name, in spite of have the same address mentioned in the order and my ID along with the my credit card which we used to make a purchase. Worst part is, the store representative didn't even showed a tiny interest to help which can avoid our revisit to the store and arrogantly turn down my request to speak to my wife over the phone before releasing the package.Extremely disappointed with the service I received today at this store. Not visiting again. There are plenty of clothing stores around who treats their customers in a better ways.

The products here are decent not amazing. The customer service WACK. Their policies ineffective and not convenient. Buy from here, but expect the employees to think that you might steal or lie.

I always shop at The Children's Place for my sons and yesterday, 10/18/2022, was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at the Concord Mills location. The manager, Sakina, is very unprofessional, racially profiles customers and accuses them of trying to steal merchandise. I always buy a full winter and summer wardrobe for my children each year. I always have a ton of clothes and multiple shopping bags. When my bag was full, Sakina offered to take my bag to the register, but I declined because I like to see what I plan on purchasing and what shirts work well with certain pants and vice versa. When I declined her offer, she took my bag anyway and gave me another one. I was a little taken aback by that, but I continued shopping. I filled the second bag with clothes and took it to the register to pay for that and the one taken from my hands by Sakina. Once I completed my entire transaction, I was told that Sakina thought I was going to steal the merchandise. This upset me because I never displayed any "suspicious" behaviors. I immediately asked to speak with her to discuss her accusation, she told me that she didn't care what I thought and if I wanted to return the items she wouldn't care. She then proceeded to tell me about the 4 thefts she had that day and she assumed I would do the same. This is unacceptable. Those 4 thefts earlier had nothing to do with me. Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending. I've never been treated this way at any store before. If Sakina is going to continue to be the manager at the Concord Mills location, she needs customer service and leadership skills training because the actions she displayed towards me was far from what a leader should be and the values any organization would want to uphold. Sakina is by far the worst manager I've ever encountered. The worst part about my experience is that she would racially profile me and we are of the same race. I feel criminalized and I've never done anything that would have someone assume that I would steal anything. Her behavior is appalling and I'm surprised The Children's Place would choose someone like her to represent their leadership staff. If I could give the Concord Mills location 0 stars, I would but I had to choose something so 1 star it is.

The Mister & I were shopping at this location yesterday, and I became somewhat frustrated at the wait. Then along came Sakina & Shameon to save the day. Both were VERY pleasant, and willing to help with the registers. Both ladies were cordial & their customer service was Exceptional!! Thanks Ladies!!!

Did an online purchase for 3 pairs of shoes but only received 2 so far. The 2 pairs of shoes were too big so asked if I could do an even exchange for a smaller size. I showed the receipt and the lady told me yes it would be an even exchange. I went home and the pair was too small so had to go back and get another size of the exact same shoes. They again said it would be an even exchange. Several days later I see 2 extra charges for the so called even exchange. And the two extra charges are for a different amount and both are more charges for 2 pairs of shoes than the 3 pairs of shoes were originally ordered. These associates need to do their job right. Now on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get them to refund me the difference. And that's another headache because they're having a hard time understanding the situation after explaining it. Be careful of returns and exchanges because they will automatically charge your card without telling you or will lie to you.

The first and most important thing that I would like to request anyone is to call up ahead to this place about the opening hours. Twice we had bad experience regarding Google mentioning that the place was open but the store was not opened actually and we were not the only ones there with this confusion there was a nice number of people ahead of us with the same problem.
