big friendly store quality over quantity

Had an amazing experience from start to finish yesterday. My best friend and I have a standing weekly date Sunday mornings at 7 where we get starbucks and wander target to see the new seasonal items and shop. There was a gentleman at the service counter who did a great job when we asked him about a damaged item (I cannot recall his name unfortunately). Shica (the manager at the Starbucks) made the most fantastic drinks we have ever had, and was incredibly friendly and personable. She chatted with us while she made them and was a total sweetheart. Later in our trip we asked Kayla in the beauty section about finding something, and she was absolutely fabulous. I’ve been shopping at Target for years but this visit elevated our overall opinions by a LOT. Thank you to all of these folks!!!

Target in Kannapolis has been one of the easiest places for me to shop, purchase, use app & return or exchange than any other store. It's Hassle Free & the app helps to save plus their Good & Gather brand is delicious! Seriously, the salsa and chips ? I always thought I couldn't afford to shop at Target but my daughter got a job here and she explained the multiple discounts the brand offered when the app was used. I got the app & I've been with Target ever since. There are some items I don't purchase b/c of price but I honestly do most of my shopping here & I don't have to worry about being hassled if I need to exchange/return. Also, the store is always clean, we'll stocked except during covid.

This is the third time now I've tried to order something online, it says there's three or more in stock and 30 minutes later oh part of your items are not in stock - well then don't say they're available. Because people didn't rush in and buy it quick.

We traveled for about twenty-five to thirty minutes from our house to see them twice at Target. We entered, and then we felt like there were so many entertainment rooms everywhere! It's awesome!

Only giving it 1 star because the guest services or the optical center NEVER answers their phone. The optical center never follows the hours listed on the website. It is so frustrating to go there and have the optical center be closed. When I try called ahead of time to see if they are open, they won’t answer the phone!!!!

Very nice Target store. Very clean and well maintained store. Verities of items available. Nice staffs and important thing is they do price match in this store. Awesome job team. Keep doing it.

I collect vinyl albums and they never have prices on their vinyls. And their app doesn't recognize the barcodes and this is getting ridiculous I will not shop here no more

I come here all the time and most times there is no problem but some random woman working the tech desk in a white dress wanted to come by going to the backroom and didn’t say excuse me and just moved our cart completely out of the bumped right into it did not say excuse me not once was too busy on her phone

This was a really nice, clean, spacious, well stocked Target to come to while I was in the Charlotte area. I grabbed dinner from L&L across the way then came here to grab some goodies for dessert and R&R before retiring to my motel. I got some wine, ice cream (try Jeni's Gooey Butter Cake if you haven't yet), some face masks, bubble bath, and some chocolate. It's always fun just walking around Target looking for a deal - and deals were found. It was a very relaxing, calm location - not crowded at all, which is nice. The workers were all friendly, although I ended up just using self checkout. I definitely would recommend this location if you need something while in the area. It was a pleasant experience.
