I sat and waited over 30 minutes to request a temporary card. No acknowledge from banker or Branch Leader, only to have them issue me a temporary card that did not work!!!

Tip for tellers... the plastic barriers are NOT SOUNDPROOF. Some of you should probably consider that before open your mouth to add commentary about people standing 2 feet away. I don't bank here and certainly wouldn't recommend it based on the attitude alone. Forward-facing employees are representatives of the company, and Truist should be EMBARRASSED by some of the tellers here. I hope all of your customers are salty and nasty right back, until you are humbled enough to offer the basic regard and courtesy to customers that I give to strangers. SHAME ON YOU.

We set up a savings and a checking account at the Cannon Crossroads location. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Did not have to wait, we were seen at the appointment time we had requested. Kelsey was a pleasure to work with. We plan to close accounts at other banks and use only SunTrust for all our banking needs.

The customer service at this location used to be a lot better. I went to this Suntrust location for a simple how to get a checkbook for my account question? I was met but this lady with brunette hair who I assume her name was Becca from the sign at the desk she was sitting in. She was very condescending to me for not knowing much about how to get a personal check from Suntrust. I have had an account with the company for about 10 years and never had to use a personal check. Suntrust needs to do better with hiring people with better customer service skills, an employee should not work with people if a normal banking question causes you to be annoyed very unprofessional. I wish my primary bank USAA was in this area.

Sat there for at least one hour, no acknowledgment no service. Only one manager at popular tent branch. Trying to have someone start a new account. HORRIBLE

Tammy is a great branch manager - very courteous and professional. Missy is also always helpful. I may not always get the answer I want, but these girls truly give the job their all. Very pleased with their service.

I second the previous review. Horrible horrible service and the bank manager Tammy thinks that she owns the bank. She has no courtesy towards customers wahtsoever. Numerous fees and charges on the accounts and she does not want to do anything about it. Closing the accounts. There is another lady who works for her and I am not sure who gave her the job. She knows nothing and dumber than a Ist grader.

Absolutely terrible service by the branch manager Tammy. A mistake was made at the branch, an employee admitted it, yet she was not willing to resolve the issue. She even went as far as telling me to go back the next day because she had other customers.. closed accounts never going back.
