sales person and warranty department are have lot of communication gap. Sales person will say one thing and warranty parts department will convey other thing. Crazy place and crazy people..need record all conversations before we purchase car and need to be write on paper take sign!! ?

I've been coming to Subaru of Concord for the past 8 years with 3 different cars; two of which were the new Ascents!
The trade in process for both my 2011 Legacy (108k miles) and 2019 Ascent (59k) were very streamline and I felt very well taken care of.
When I traded the 2019 for the 2021 model, I had no intentions of trading this one (though tempted with the '24 one!)
Over this labor day weekend Subaru has gone above and beyond all around from the customer service with Jordan (my advisor) to the techs that worked double time to fill a huge maintenance request (with add-ons) to Jason (service manager).
I am happy to say that even though I'm there often enough to be known by name (?) they always go above and beyond to take care of not only me but my "baby" as well.
I highly recommend coming to them if you ever have a buying or maintenance need. You won't be disappointed!!

The staff is always courteous, professional and on schedule.
I feel like I'm making a positive difference by simply driving a Subaru based on how Subaru Concord/Subaru South Charlotte reaches out in the community. Thank you to the owners and staff for all they do to make the Charlotte Metro area a better place!

Outstanding Service From Sam C. And Jordyn
I recently had my car serviced at Subaru Concord, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. From the start, Jordyn was incredibly patient, friendly, and so accommodating. I would call for updates and she never once minded hopping to the back to personally check for me instead of just giving a generic update. She made me feel very at ease and welcome the entire time and though I asked a lot of questions, she never once made me feel as if I were inconveniencing her — this feels rare to find these days! Go Jordyn!!
Sam C was an immense help to me —extremely attentive and thorough in explaining all the necessary services vs what could wait for the next visit but should be on my radar, etc. It was the first time I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at a dealership. Instead, he truly had my best interest in mind and was very mindful in regards to finances. He understood how tough it can be to have some surprise expenses and was very gentle with his approach to what I could feasibly afford at a given time. He helped me fully understand each recommendation but also stressed the two service tasks that were most pressing so I prioritized them. I’m used to being upsold and to have someone be so understanding and in my corner was refreshing.
Although the service took a little longer than expected, they immediately offered me a loaner so I wouldn't have to change any plans or be inconvenienced. The loaner was incredible—a brand new 2025 Subaru Forester—and they had me in and out in no time. As soon as I walked up, Jordyn knew who I was from the phone and ran right up to me to say hello. Such incredible service that deserves recognition.
I highly recommend Subaru Concord if you're looking for a dealership that puts their customers first. Thank you, Jordyn and Sam, for making my experience such a positive one!

Car started smoking on the way home from getting the oil changed and pulled over. Oil was pouring out of the car from the oil plug due to a failed crush washer. They came out to the car and tightened the oil plug and added oil. Car was driven back to the dealership where they pressure washed the under side of the car and reset the warning lights. They said no was damage was done but we will see how long until I start having engine problems or gasket seal leaks. This is the second time I had issues with service.

Just bought a car here yesterday, and Paulie was hands down the best person to buy a car from. I brought my family with me since this is the first time I have ever bought a car this new and I was very nervous. The entire Subaru team made us feel so welcome and made sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. Water, coffee and entertainment is provided, friendly staff, and immaculate atmosphere! Please buy your next car from this dealership! 10 stars for Paulie!

Before buying a brand new car here or at any Subaru dealership, take the car to a trusted unaffiliated mechanic. Have the mechanic check the fluids and battery. This move may save you hundreds in the near future. Would have saved me $300 on my 18 month old outback .
