If I could leave a business 0 stars I would for this dealership. We took my car in to get one thing fixed and they destroyed my car it was running perfectly fine before their service guys touched my car. We had to go back multiple times for the same issue that they "repaired" and another thing when my car was "fixed" the first time they had called me (wrong person) and told me I needed a new engine because there was a crack in the crankshaft and they were only supposed to work on the AC and not even 30 minutes later had called me to let me know my car was ready to get picked up. Extremely unprofessional they did not even try to make sure that they were calling the correct person. Needless to say my car is not driving correctly since I've taken it there.

I liked this dealership UNTIL a month came and went and the 30 day temporary tag expired on our new Forester. I called the dealership and just learned they NEVER submitted the registration and tag paperwork we paid them nearly $100 for. The dealer rep I spoke to told me there was a "problem" processing our paperwork, which caused a delay. So, we paid Concord Subaru $40K for a Forester and almost $100 to register and get tags for our car, and I find out they just today submitted that paperwork, so it will now be weeks before we get new tags. Be VERY cautious with this dealership...I definitely DON'T recommend them!

They where very nice in beginning and they where like we are here to help you but they sell me car with scratches and they says they will fix those things and check everything in two days, detailing people did not do nothing to clean and buff my car, all 4 tires have different PSI when I went to discount tires this morning, tobacco smell still active, then they transfer my insurance on the new car but after waiting for days they never called me and finally I contacted them and they says we did not fix your car because t was raining??????? And I said so if is going to rain for next 10 or 15 days I will still have to drive my van and pay insurance for Subaru it is not going to be fixed. Very UNPROFESIONAL . I would not recommend to anybody. Earl is the guy to whom you CAN'T trust at all, I have a KBB from Dealer in Mooresville that says 13005 for my car he offer me 9500 when I said I have this numbers he was like confused and went back then offer me 11500 and I said I will be nice if you are going to be nice and wont go to any other dealer if you treat me right. They do not know what treat right means.

First visit to Subaru Concord for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service experience was excellent. We recently moved to the area and I feel confident taking my car here now.
