3 Days ago we bought 2 pair of shoes one of the pair was damaged I try to return it. Bought the cashier or manager or assistant manager was very on professional. Very sorry how Steve Madden employees managed this company. Customer is very important for the businesses.

Steve Madden stories have some amazing deals going on. These bags were 30% OFF. So, I bought 2 of them. I really love the clear/black one because of the extra bag inside & small change pouch. I paid under $80 for both! I've added to my handbags collection.

Literally the worst customer service from the three people who were working there today (10/27/22) around 4/5 pm. They picked and chose who they greeted and gave my friend and i attitudes when THEY picked the wrong shoes.

This store had great customer service! I was greeted upon entry, they remembered when I called the day before to reserve a pair of boots in the size I was going to exchange for, and they made sure I was treated with the best care. The day before, I went to the Steve Madden store in the Charlotte Premium Outlets and was presented with horrible customer service and they tried to charge me full price for exchanging boots that I bought on sale online. The Concord Mills store did not charge me to exchange sizes and even offered 50% off another pair because there was currently having a BOGO 50% off sale. The employees had great customer service and were so nice! I will never go to the Premium Outlet Steve Madden store again. The Concord Mills one is highly superior.

Ashley from the SM store in Concord NC mall always displays amazing customer service. Ashley is a great sales rep and is very informative. She make me want to purchase everything. She has a bubbly personality and is very out going. She always make my experience amazing.

Horrible customer service!!!! First my shoes took a month to get which wasn't the problem. But what made it worse is I went into the store to exchange them. Still the shoes were too small when I recieved the new pair. The shoes in store in a different color fit fine. So its just strange. But what made me mad is I went in for the second time to exchange the shoes. I thought the reciept was in the box but it wasn't. So I gave them the original order number. But that order number stated I returned them. I'm like do yall not have another way to check? It's 2021. I had to jump through hoops to find the reciept. Point blank period I will never shop here again. And tbh I can see why their locations closed down. Like do yall not see why yall not in business pissing people off? Just terrible.

My husband and I came into the concord mills store to exchange 8 pair of maxima shoes. My husband order the shoes online as a birthday present for me. When we walked in the store the cashiers were not professional at all. My plan was to purchase a size 8.5 but that was still too snug and the size 9 was too big. I began to walk around to find other pairs of shoes but the cashier was watching me impatiently because she wanted me to hurry up and make up my mind so she could hit the button that would return the money back to the card. I could not believe how we were treated. number 1, we drove an hour to get to the store and number 2, Steve madden is my favorite store. Usually the workers are more friendly and helpful. I seen other selections I could exchange for but the cashier rudeness made me change my mind and just get the money back. She made me not want to ever come back in that store again. I just felt like I needed to share because I am not the type to complain but I feel like she was the manager and she should be more pleasant to the customers. I believe she was frustrated because she was waiting on another associate to confirm with her if she was calling out or coming into work that day. And I know that because she was loud telling the other workers. I just wish she did not take it out on the customers!
