Have been disputing a transaction of $98 for over a month now with no updates every time I call to check. Keep saying they have to wait for merchant reply. I’ve forwarded them an email that the merchant sent me in May about how the contract was done and no longer would be charged. Charge still processed and messed up back to school plans for kids. They do not care to solve this issue or provide me the credit.

Google needs to make improvements on how to copy and paste addresses. I know they want us to use their maps. But sometimes you need to copy addresses other than directions.

I needed to make a simple transfer during my lunch break. The lobby is closed due to the pandemic so I had to go through the drive thru. I also didn't have a transfer slip. I wrote my account numbers on a piece of paper and the amount I wanted to transfer. I placed it in the tube with along with my ID. About 60 second later they returned the tube and my transaction was complete! It was that easy. I am very pleased with my transaction today and the kindness of the service.

Waited just for no one to help me. Three other customers that came after me were called to by a representative before me. The sad thing is I wanted to open up a checking account. I registered when I came in so not acceptable to be over looked.

If I could leave this bank 0 stars I would. Got a call from a woman named Jennifer, returned the call. She was the absolute rudest person I've ever spoken to at a bank. She apparently never called me(I have the message) and made it like I was stupid when I explained I had a message from her.This woman should be fired and never allowed to work in a bank again. YOU ARE DEALING WITH MY MONEY! Have some respect! She's just very fortunate I was at work and not face to face otherwise she would have gotten a earful. This isn't the first time but I promise it will be the last! Horrible ,horrible human being. Learn some manners because clearly you weren't taught any!

Service has really gone down over the past few years. When you call the 800 number for assistance you can get 3 different answers. Some of them are rude or just don't know the services they offer. The local credit unions are terrible about calling you back when you have problems. I do not recommend their payroll deductions. They are quick to take your money but then ask for assistance and it's an overnight and next day offer before it becomes effective. It's what benefits the credit union not the customer. Not for the customers any longer.

I visited this credit union today and went through the drive thru window, I was making a deposit, I sent my card and cash to the teller. The teller then asks me to confirm the total, which was my fault because I didn't count it before sending it in.. But if it was a huge problem the teller could have sent the cash back through the window and I would have confirmed. After the transaction was completed the young lady told me "thank you" and have a great day, and I did the same. As I was sitting in the window putting my card and id back in my wallet.. I hear the same young lady that just helped me tell her colleague that "why would she send her money in and not count it" I guess she forgot that her speaker was on. I don't think that was very professional of her being that she is the voice of SECU.
