If you were wondering why people don’t shop at staples any more, here’s a blatant example: I went in to buy a product that sells for $26.70 on Amazon. This same product rang up at $99.99 at Staples. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but this once great chain has gone down the toilet.

I normally get my banners here for my other projects but this time I needed something strange. I needed a blow up made of a picture for a funeral. Talked with Megan in the print section has she assured me she could handle it in my time frame. She took every effort to make sure she got it exactly right. This Staples and associate receive my highest marks. The project turned out perfect.

So bad service here , a few months ago I came to copy some businesses cards for my business and they did it for me , I came today to get another business cards for different businesses and the girl working there didn’t try even to help me she said I can do it by myself and idk what to do she just left the computer for me alone , will not go back again

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from April at Staples 4/2/24, and I couldn't be more impressed! Despite being at the register and handling returns simultaneously, April managed to provide the most efficient and courteous assistance I've ever received.
From the moment I approached the counter with my Amazon return, April greeted me with a warm smile and wasted no time in processing my transaction. She effortlessly juggled multiple tasks without ever making me feel rushed or neglected.
Not only was April incredibly efficient, but her professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. She took the time to ensure that my return was processed correctly and even went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the process.
April's exceptional service left a lasting impression on me, and I will undoubtedly be returning to Staples for all of my future office supply needs. The employee there should work as team, I went the other day drop my Amazon return and the lady at printer saw that the lady in customer service had two long lines, and she did not bother to help her at all, and she was doing absolutely nothing in the printing section. Nothing at all. The customers in the printing section were helped and doing their own thing she could at least help the lady and customer service help the people in the other line, but she rather sit on her phone in the Printing section and not help the other lady and customer service, I appreciate the lady in customer service for doing the job. She did as best as she could handling two jobs as one person and she deserves a raise.

3 printers for self-printing. At least 1 is always broken. Today at 2pm, 2 printers were broken, 6 people in line. Two ladies behind the counter could not have cared less. I ask if they could help with the customer printing. One acted annoyed and said they did not have the ability to use the printers behind the counter. Untrue. A great employe named Robin frequently assisted when the lines were long. The two employees just kept busy doing nothing.

Placed three different online orders. Have the order numbers and everything. Nothing in the system or at store. No wonder no one knows that are still in business.

Just left staples and the young lady in the printing department told me she couldn't help me get something printed because she had 30 jobs to do. Do your job or quit. That was definitely unacceptable, and unprofessional will not be going back
