I am very unhappy was taking to Haley and financially manager about line 5 on contract. They said it only for sales taxes they are totally wrong and rude they owe us 200 dollars for license for the brand new trailer. And they hung up on me never will recommend the place to anyone. Going to but a big sign I. My yard don't buy from them they wash there hands of u when u sign the paper work......

This place is the most miserable experience of my life all they do is lie don't give any service on anything soon as you sign the paper work they wash there hand of you only gave them 1 star because I couldn't go lower it actually should be a minus 5 stars awful place and the people are worse

I went into this experience totally blind and not knowing much about what I was looking for, the sales team was spectacular at not being pushy and Anthony and Enzo were particularly really Knowledgeable on the camper I looked at and were a great help! They was able to answer every question i had and was really attentive to details! If I could leave more stars I would! Thanks a lot to Anthony, Enzo and the team at blue compass!

My wife and I came in 2 months ago to buy a camper and were very pleased with our experience at Sonny’s. The salesman were all very knowledgeable and professional. They helped us through every step of the way and we had a very quick and easy experience. My wife and I always dread the financing part of buying our big purchases but Creighton made the whole process painless. Definitely recommend buying from this location.

The sales team here is great, and the place is kept very clean! I was greeted right away with such positive and infectious attitudes. I was originally helped by a young man named Anthony who was such a delight. Another young man named Enzo took over and helped me out, he was very patient with all my questions and answered them no problem. I didn’t end up buying an RV that day but definitely plan to come back in the spring!

I highly recommend going to Sonny’s Camp N Travel if you’re looking for a camper!!! We had the best experience with the staff. Enzo found us the best camper that checked all my husband and Is needs! The managers Anthony and Creighton were super helpful,engaged and informative about each step of the process as this was our first time purchasing a camper. The financing with Creighton went unbelievably smooth as well. Thanks again!

For anyone looking for a camper, do not purchase from ’s Camp N Travel now owned by Blue Compass RV We are first time camper owners and purchased a travel trailer here. We were told to take it out twice and then set an appointment and bring our list of what we noticed. We did the walk through before we left the lot and they told us we would notice a lot of things wrong but they already had a bunch of items on order to be replaced. They would be there by the time we brought the camper back. One of them being our spare tire. They told us someone took it off the camper to use on another camper so they just threw a different one on until ours came in. Aside from what they walked us through, we didn’t know what else should be examined but were told it was pre wired for a backup camera and that it was inspected very well before we had gotten there. That was lovely. We trusted Enzo our sales person and the team who inspected our camper. We had realized a few things and they told us don’t worry we will get those things when you bring the camper back in. One of them was my fridge was popped out which left puddles of water from the condensation when we went out, the camper was not pre wired for backup, they allowed me to leave with a stained and ripped mattress under the mattress, the doors and cabinets uneven, putty all over my camper, the trim coming off the counters, and a dent that they knew about and my husband and I missed somehow among other things. There was a multiple repairs and lists that just grew larger. One of them being water got into my camper on the first rain on the top bunk leaving the mattress and wood soaked, the other came all down the wall by my dinette set. The reason being …I was informed the window was installed upside down!!! I am assuming the inspectors missed that which meant this was NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS RAINED IN MY CAMPER!!! In regard to the dent they told me they would fix it but that I shouldn’t. That they would never want six panels taken off their camper if it was theirs. I explained they already lose great value when you drive off the lot and if I ever wanted to sell it, it would not sell at value price with a dent. The manager Anthony I believe called me back and told me he would fix it and his team of technicians were stellar. (Clearly not if they didn’t notice upside down windows or popping out fridge during inspection along with the rest of the items.) They have had my camper for months!!!! Since the very beginning of July I have been paying for both my camper, and my insurance. I have not been able to use my camper through some of the best camping seasons. My husband and I just asked them to take it back at this point we are over it! They call us every few weeks to give us a no update update, (not funny to us at all at this point). We were told some of the repairs were done and we could come and get it and then bring it back to them when the rest of the parts and camper are fixed but who would take their camper out further knowing not everything was fixed. And if I take it off the lot, will I then not be covered for repairs? Will they take more time to get my parts in and my camper into service? We are not taking that chance at this point. With the dent and replacement of panels I don’t trust there is even more damage at this point. Nobody has offered anything to make this right except credit towards a new camper which we don’t want! Definitely not from them. We are Extremely disappointed , we feel taken advantage of as first time camper owners, and are very dissatisfied with the way they do business. A large company like this and this is how you treat your customers. This is not a way to do business! You should be ashamed! I will be calling corporate on Monday. I am beyond frustrated and upset at this point.if I could leave them with less than one star I would. When I left Sonny’s we thought we had the best sales experience. After learning and dealing with all this. We know very different.

The best advise I can give you in reference to buying a camper new from this place is if you buy the extended warranty and they preach “take care of the roof and the warranty should cover everything else”. They do not honor this. Camper is a 2017 model bought new and now having water damage not from the roof. We are told warranty(7 year warranty bought when purchased new) and manufacturer will not fix and want us to agree to 7500+ for repairs. This place is a joke and we plan to tell everyone we know about our experience. Even had the nerve to tell me in service “ what do you expect…its an old camper”(6 years old). 2 of our friends are having the same issue with the same manufacturer. One was fixed and 2 were told unfortunately we can’t help you! What happened to customer service and looking out for your customer to do the right thing?

Bought a used toy hauler here. The entire experience was great! Alex was awesome! We told him what we were looking for and he took us to the right one the first time. Getting through finance with Creighton was quick and easy. The GM Anthony was there through the whole process making sure we had a great experience.

I dealt with Jackson Boardman and although I ended up with a private seller, he treated me very well, even knowing that I was most likely going with a private sale. He was very transparent and eager to earn my business with really good pricing compared to other dealerships. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future!

My husband and I were called in to see a unit we were waiting on. I saw it, loved it and brought my husband back. When we looked for the second time, we were told that the price was $10,000 more than it was 2 days prior. We left that unit and checked out another. Our salesman asked another and he confirmed, they had a used unit coming in. Quoted us the price and we put down a $500 deposit. We received a call that the couple was no longer trading in their unit, but Sonny’s located another one and would have it delivered. Ironically, it came in at the same time and same day the other one was supposed to…..but this one is $10,000 more. Our suspicion is that they gave us an incorrect price-yet again-and came up with a lie to cover their tracks. It went on from there as we accepted the inflated price and we’re trying to nail down financing. We took our time, staying in communication and we’re told repeatedly to not worry, it was no rush. Then one Friday, we had to have our financing straight, we were told there were 6 others waiting to buy the unit, one at the dealership, that other dealerships wanted it and that the price we agreed upon, which is the same price as advertised, was only if we did our financing through Sonny’s. If we outsourced it, they wouldn’t receive the kickback so the price would increase! We were then told by the manager that deposits are only good for 7-10 days. This policy was never told to us, never shown to us and never given to us in writing. We added a person to our loan and was instantly called back saying Joe couldn’t get a bank to buy the loan. Unless he has magic powers, I am confident that the information was not accurate based off the timing of his response compared to when he received the application. While we were let down we had to walk away, we quickly found several other units available with out the lies and price increases of Sonny’s. Our salesman, Danny Dixon, was kind, helpful and a gentleman. It’s too bad upper management has him on puppet strings. Sonny’s came highly recommended, however we were treated differently and will not be jerked around or made a fool when making a substantial purchase. My suggestion-stay away from Sonny’s if you want to be spoken to with honesty, integrity and not be taken advantage of. There are plenty of other fish in the sea!

This is the 10th RV I’ve owned and it has been by far one of the greatest experiences I’ve had. Ask for Alex! He is knowledgeable, patient and even after the sale he is still working for you. Even the folks in service, Lori is my contact there- they are easy to get along with, make you feel like family. I love my new 5th wheel and happy that I bought with Sonneys!??
