I appreciate the staff at the Concord store! I wasn’t aware I had rewards money expiring and they gave me a call to let me know as well as let me know what item I could get for the reward amount. That was a very kind action so I didn’t loose out on using my rewards.

I bought this mattress a little more than two years ago and I am devastated that I wasted so much money on this. We were anticipating this bed for almost a decade and were so thrilled to finally be able to purchase it. My husband and I have very different sleep needs so it was the best way we could both get exactly what we needed. We had visited a sleep number store on multiple occasions envisioning the day we would be able to purchase. Two years in and I am baffled how Sleep Number has created such a buzz on this bed when their technology is buggy at best and a scam at worse. Some of the problems we've had with our bed include inconsistent sleep number settings. One day my 40 is soft, the next it feels more like 80. Both sides can be set to the same number and feel completely different even when setting the number with the same person on both sides. My bed deflates as if my responsive air is on but it's not. When I set my bed 5 points higher it takes 30 seconds to inflate but then sometimes it only takes 5 seconds to inflate which supports my inconsistent sleep number setting complaint. And the worse part is it is just not the best sleep I've ever gotten which I would have highly expected for a $3000 mattress. Unfortunately, due to the type of platform we had an integrated base didn't make sense because it made the bed sit 3 feet off the floor so we had to use the mattress and fashion our own platform. Years later and we need an encasement to protect our bed from potential bed bugs and the 360 smart bed encasement doesn't work unless you have the integrated base. Otherwise I can leave the bed unzipped so the hose can exit the side instead of the top - that was the suggestion I got. What I've come to realize, that the sales people won't tell you, is that if you want an actual sleep number you have to buy the entire set up. Mattress, base, and bed frame otherwise there will be something that's not going to work, to fit, or you'll have to make accommodations for, and what we learned when we had to make our own platform is that they will dishonor your warranty if it isn't setup according to their requirements.Do yourself a favor and find a high quality mattress for a fraction of the cost. You'll sleep better not in debt or out over $5k.
