Her first recommendation for the shipping package and cost were higher than expected so she diligently tried to find other boxes that would be more affordable. When uncertain of the best option, she tagged in her colleague, Emily to assist. Emily remeasured and quickly assessed which box would best fit and give us a better price and it did! I loved the teamwork and the diligence of both Katie and Emily. UPS is a 5min drive from my home but I hop on the highway to get to FedEx for this type of experience!”
“I visited this FedEx location on Saturday morning as well as yesterday morning. Each time I was greeted by the manager by the name of Lisa. She is very patient and professional. I appreciate her for taking the time to assist me with my large shipment and not making me feel rushed or flustered. I did not receive the same customer service at the Concord Parkway location. Not only was Lisa, welcoming and willing to help but her entire staff were equally friendly. If I have printing or shipping needs in the future, I will definitely drive to this location.

“This place is amazing! Had an employee running their power mop in the earlier evening forced us out of the way twice, once while we were trying to browse the meat department, and another as we were trying to use the self checkout. I'm appalled that management allows such behavior. As a former Food Lion employee who mopped the floors with a traditional bucket and mop before they started having power mops, such behavior would have been completely unacceptable. Never would I have expected a customer to just get out of my way. Love it!”
