It was horrible.Employees are rude, I asked to get the other size 8 men’s croc she went to the back and came out with another croc but not the same size. And it does say men’s eight on both of them. What is obviously a little under an inch longer than the first croc I handed her. She told me that I was wrong and that it is the right shoe. And then gets mad at me when I don’t want them, she then tells me how I need to buy them. So I really wasted $50 on a pair of crocs that don’t even look the same size.

If you’re looking for sandals, heels, or tennis shoes, you’ll find support- they have almost 5 flat options with NO support all in sizes 8-10, rarely anything else. The one pair of flats they had with some support they only had two pairs of the same size, and they were discontinuing them.

The workers were very nice however, only giving it three stars because I handed the employee the shoebox asking if I could have the other shoe from the back. She disappeared and came back out, handing me the box. Which was my mistake because here I sit down to lace up my new shoes and I open the box to find one shoe in it. I paid 48 dollars for a pair of shoes only to get one of them? Going back in the morning to get other. The bad part is the same girl that went into the back is the same one who rang me up. I am very irate with ny experience.

I always find shoes I like here at a good price. They have a clearance shoe table that I always by from. Staff is always around if you need help at least when I go they always ask me if I need help.
