This was a month or so ago now but I tried to go in to this store to use a gift certificate to buy shoes for work and I found a pair that fit really nicely. I went to buy them and the lady at the register didn’t know how to ring in the certificate so she called her manager and he would not help her. So I had to go to another store and bought shoes that I already need to replace. The other store told me accepting the certificate only took pressing 2 buttons. I will never come back to this store.

They hardly speak but it's fine. Today is what bothered me. The manager look me in my face, turned around and ask lady if she got her shoe, look back at me and pushed right passed. The cashier never said anything but another couple came in, walks pass me to speak to them. The one inside Carolina mall in Concord

Could really stand to be cleaned up. You can't walk the isles comfortably because of all the shoes in the aisles.

I stood in line for 15 minutes last weekend before giving up and leaving. There were three associates behind the counter, but apparently only one working a register. All three associates were doting over one family. None of them acknowledged me or the lady behind me waiting or apologized for the wait.
