I went into the store today for a new foundation and established the best relationship with Chandm’ (I hope I got it right) She was very knowledgeable about anything and everything skincare and foundation matching. I left with an additional item that she suggested and I can’t wait to try them together.

Very bad customer service at this Sephora at Kohl's Christenbury Parkway....they are not all interested in helping or selling products...they are just standing there for nothing...All those ladies at Sephora at Kohl's at Concord Mills location need to be fired immediately. Unless they get another new fresh upbeat staff who is pleasant and ready to work I won't be shopping at Sephora at Concord Mills Kohl's location

Terrible customer service. The cashier today was rude beyond reason very passive aggressive. She seems very unhappy to be working there so maybe she shouldn’t.

Yesterday me and my sister went to Sephora at Khols -christenbury . The lady who was unboxing lipstick came out of nowhere and started talking to me in a rude way as if I was opening a new box and using products . She was talking to me as if I was 10 year old child , I had to politely remind her that I was using only testing product .Then she was angry that someone opened the rare beauty hand cream bottle and yelled another employee . I was like hey lady I did not open and it was already there.The other employee who got yelled at was super nice and helped us.she suggested us where we can get nice lipsticks. When we went there that same rude employee was there and then she used her microphone again to yelled the nice employee by sending, Costumer where she was unpacking and told her it’s disturbing her workflow . Me and my sister was shocked . Even people who owns business does not act like that. I hope that employee was having bad day. I appreciate the other employee who got yelled at , she took it very graciously and was very polite at the check out. She even told us that we have enough points to get some free stuff.

It was bad when I got in I asked the employee for a good powder and she said oh no no I don’t do that go somewhere else she was racist bc I asked really nicely and she answered me on a bad mood like okay woman if your having a bad day don’t make us have a bad day my mom got mad at her 2 bc we don’t abt makeup and I was just asking for help and she told me to go to another Sephora

I’ve been in here a few times. Makeup is not really my strong suit and I have some questions. Today I went in to look for a moisturizer that has SPF. I asked after wandering for a while and she pointed me in the direction of regular sunscreen. Hopefully I can go to a different Sephora where I can ask questions without feeling like a bother.

The customer experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s is not great. The staff regularly appear annoyed anytime I need assistance. I was told I couldn’t return something because it was used. Overall not the best experience.

Called the store as I had a question and did not want to drive to Sephora at Kohls without knowing. I asked “ Do you have the provided Sephora birthday gifts?” Which I thought was straight forward as the standalone stores and app speak about them whenever you are inside the store or on the app. I was met with “what kind of gift we have a lot of gifts” and as I tried explaining one of the options and what the gifts were specifically (for Sephora members) I was met with “we never have carried Dior (I stated one of the gifts was a Dior package), we only carry mascara and hair care products” in a very rude tone. I ended the call politely and did not wish to ask my second question. As someone who has not been to a Sephora inside of another establishment, the annoyance in the tone regarding a harmless question was unacceptable.

Tisamarie was extremely rude and demeaning to us. She yelled at us the whole time and was extremely disrespectful. Did not feel welcome. Horrible experience
