Placed online order, never received. After showing package was lost for 2 weeks, I was told a reshipment was being sent. It’s now been over 2 weeks again and this package is also “lost”. It’s impossible to get customer service to issue a refund. Never again

Dawn is Awesome!!! She helped us pick out the perfect scrubs for my hubby and the items not in stock will be shipped to our home for free. Be sure to ask for any discounts that you may be eligible for. Great experience & worth the drive to get to the store!

In store is amazing but I will never order items from their site again. My order was on back order for almost a week. After communicating with them they let me know it was on back order and I could order from somewhere. My order was finally shipped out on 9/12 after ordering it on 9/4. I am still waiting for my package. My package has been sitting at a fedex warehouse that I am close to. I called fedex if I could pick it up they told me I needed to get authorization from scrubs and beyond. They proceeded to tell me that I could not pick it up because they have a contract with fedex that prohibited them from contacting fedex. My order has been on the way since the 9/13 and I am unable to do anything about it.

I always look forward to my visits to the store, thanks to Jamie! Every time I come in, Jamie goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect scrubs. She has an incredible eye for what suits my needs and preferences. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor makes the shopping experience truly enjoyable. I would like to make one more comment and review about shopping at Scrubs & Beyond Charlotte, this store carries great styles, colors, a variety of different manufacturers to choose from. The staff and manager are all very helpful in helping their customers find the right size, correct fit, and color uniforms. They are very professional and friendly as soon as you walk in the door they are all ready to greet you, I shops there frequently and I always leave feeling good about myself. I would recommend all health care professionals to shop here, you will be treated like family.
