Sams Club has the Best Prices but they are Up along with the Deflated Dollar. If You get a Plus Membership then You get the App on Your Hone and Don't have to wait in line. You just Scan & Go with Your Phone then Gone!

My mom & I came into ur store in Tuesday June 11th...We received Great Customer Service from Joe the Greeter at the Door! He was very nice & help to accommodate us on a return!

This is easily one of the worst locations. Absolutely no efficiency at all. Rude and incompetent workers. The cafe is never properly staffed. Sams club is owned by Walmart though so it’s really not shocking. The service is terrible. The members that shop there are terrible. It’s hot in the store. It’s a mess. I mean maybe it’s time to start paying more and recruiting more competent employees. There is no “club” experience. It’s just a Walmart in bulk.

Worst customer service.
Very rude people , there was a man may be in his 80s and she kept him standing for like 15 min only to tell him that we are closing in a minute and to come back later.
As for me I was kept waiting for more than 30 mins and that too when no one was in line.

We were able to stock up on a of grocery and nongrocery items and it was great! We love going to Sam's! It's clean and the staff is very helpful!

I would leave a 0 STAR REVIEW IF POSSIBLE!!!! I came into the store yesterday to pick up flowers and a custom cake that I had designed by the bakery a few days prior. I was not informed that the club did not allow pictures of digital cards anymore. An older white man about 5’10 with a burgundy hat on with blue eyes WAS INCREDIBLE RUDE, NASTY, SARCASTIC AND OVERALL A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE while I was trying to check out with him. The older man even had the nerve to swipe on my phone after I showed him a picture of the digital card and make the statement “ I am not going to cash you out” in a rude and sarcastic manner and I told him I was not informed of the policy and he said “hmm well if you would have the app you wouldn’t even need to go to a checkout line” in a sarcastic and rude manner as well. I was not rude to the man. I told him I was in a rush and did not want to hold up his line and then he had the nerve to say “we’re all in a rush” and be rude and nasty and even give me a grimace look. I am a young Black woman and I do feels as though it contributed to my experience in Sam’s Club in Kannapolis, NC on 4/22/24 and the worker was purposely doing his best to not do his job correctly and hinder myself and other paying Sam’s club customers. I informed management about the incident and I hope it was taken care of. I just want the world and Kannapolis area to know this THIS SAM’S CLUB HAS A VERY RUDE, SARCASTIC, AND MEAN ASSOCIATE who needs to be helped and notified about his behavior to customers. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS INCIDENT.
