I’m new to the area & I would AVOID this place!! So I got a Dodge Journey yes I test drove it but when I got on the highway to work the next morning it shook all the way to work Greg said he would replace it on that Monday due to family matters. Monday came he told me I needed more money down but they gave me a loaner car to work in to get to work Greg then called me at work & stated that he couldn’t help me all because I couldn’t understand while the Malibu they gave me with 9,000 more miles on it was more down the same exact year. I got approved from credit acceptance for the loan Greg offered to give me my down payment back so I thought cool I can go get another car Mann they put a REPO on my credit after having the car 4 DAYS! I’m having the worst time getting a car now $100 Ubers to work daily just SAD DO NOT GO HERE & THE OWNER ALSO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH & HE CANT HELP WITH ANYTHING & YES THE OWNER!

This dealer will tell you anything to make a sale. Dealer advises everything is inspected before purchase but that is an incorrect fact. They have someone illegally passing vehicles to sale. Purchased vehicle was told it passed Nc state inspection however the check engine light was on due to a recalled part. The recalled part was correct but not why engine light was on. Engine light was on for other reasons. Did not find this out until I paid Dodge to look over the vehicle. The vehicle has several issues and half of them are not covered by the warranty company you purchase with their vehicles. (Wynn) Terrible business practice on Royal Auto Sales part and horrible warranty company. When given Royal the chance to make it right they would not. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. No matter how desperate you are it will cost you more in the long run.
***Further information I did send my demands in an email. Maybe you should read it before you post lies, and the only reason we purchased was because we were insured by your overselling tactics there was nothing wrong. We waited due to you telling us it was a recall and dodge stating the part isn't in. We didn't see why we should bring it in when we entrusted in your services. Then come to find out your dealership does nothing but lie to make a sale and takes advantage of people like me. We can go back and forth on this review if you would prefer, but since you never emailed me back once i requested you should do what is right, and I mentioned what it would take I resulted to making a review to warn other consumers****

I inquired about a vehicle that was on a local website. I was told that the person was out of town until Wednesday, and I could come then and test drive the vehicle. I texted this morning what time I was going to be there (12) and was told I would know something by 1 when I said I couldn’t be there at 1 I was told the vehicle was sold. I checked the website and the vehicle is not listed. That was a really good price for that car and I can imagine how many other people got caught in this bait and switch and went to the car lot and was shown cars out of their price range. I know this might not seem like a big deal but I don’t appreciate a business person advertising one thing just to sell me another. I’ll take my cash somewhere else!
