This store is in disarray, and the quality of the merchandise leaves a lot to be desired. My shopping experience was one of disappointment. I have no desire to go back. I've tried this store at least three times, and I think this is the norm.

The TJ Max of course beats this store by a mile. But you can find many things here. You should always check this store first before going elsewhere.

I spent $200+ dollars at this store and the coffee maker that I bought didn’t work. I didn’t have the box when I brought it back, because I thought I had a nice working maker. The assistant manager Courtney told me that wasn’t her problem. How rude! I have worked in Customer Service for years and I would never speak to a Customer that way. I come in here all the time and I have never been treated that way. Usually everybody is friendly and helpful and the Manager of the store is always smiling and kind, but this lady has made me not want to ever come back!
