They were suppose to come get this living room suite at 5:00pm the other people where I got my other furniture from can't bring it in cause RAC hasn't came to pick it up I really do believe they did this outta of spike so now I don't RECOMMEND nobody to RAC

Called last week to have washer and dryer picked up. Supposedly couldn't pick up for a week...tomorrow will be that week and NO WORD from manager(who had been left a personal message). Then was still charged for w weeks. RAC used to be very good 20 years ago. Now totally disappointed and unhappy. Won't rent from them again

I did a online order and was told I can come in this morning to pick up my stuff payed for and everything now they say I can’t do it so I asked for my money back she say I think you will get it back I will never come back here and I ask no one else to go there

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Everyone in the store is a scammer. They quote you one price and then after you sign up for autopay they upcharge you. Go to Aaron’s or RoomsToGo save yourself the stress. If you don’t heed my and everyone else’s warnings at the very least DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOHN. He’s a liar and when you call back asking why he lied you won’t even get so much as an apology
