Very great place to stay, most people get miscommunication and totally misunderstand the workers and desk. They are very great people and they care about you situation trust me they help and have helped me numerous times, I'd definitely stay again.

The management here are awful and treat their guests like animals. They bang your door down at 11 on the dot and don't care what situation or even if you are still in a towel dropping wet from the shower. They force their way in to do housekeeping and demand y I u get out or they will take your things and throw them out. I will never ever stay here again with how they barked at me and screamed at me when I was completely cooperative and polite. You don't treat people like that. I checked in at 3am because of a bad situation and was flying out of state early afternoon. Have some compassion ya animals!

Mgr was accommodating. We didn't have reservation n it was getting late in d afternoon but he was gracious to get us 2 rooms for d nite. Kudos to this friendly n kind Mgr.

Stayed 5 nights it was great experience with staffs , location is very convenient close to hospital and right on exit , been getting room service their clean lady was very nice and cleaned room , will come back and stay hereRooms: Rooms are in great condition I had non smoking kingSafety: Absolutely safe to stay

The staff were horrible. My friend stay the night and around 11:04 am four staff members came into the room and pulled the covers off of him and grabbed his clothes and his belongings and placed it outside. He literally just had boxers on and a shirt and had to change outside. That was the most traumatic experience he had go through. When he got the room at 4am, The lady that helped him check in told him he can do a late check at 2pm so this scenario was so unethical and unexpected and embarrassing. There’s was no warning or calling him letting him know he had to leave. They just straight busted the door open and basically kicked him out like an animal. Please do the community a favor and don’t do business with those type of people. I really hope my friend gets legals advice because that was a total case of invasion. They definitely could have handle that a different way.

Rooms look clean but don't feel clean.Checkout clearly states 11:00 but they tell you 10:30. And then bang on your door and just open the door.Bed was comfy. Check out was a little weird.The whole outside atmosphere is very sketchy. I would not recommend this place

Usually I don’t leave reviews but this is unacceptable. I booked a night at this place on 9/14 for 9/24. Unfortunately plans have changed and I had to cancel. I called on 9/18 to cancel the room and the clerk wasn’t helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me to call in tomorrow after 10am. I called on 9/19 a little after 10am and was told the supervisor is not in and they don’t know what time she’s coming in. I called in the afternoon that day and she wasn’t in either. I called again again on 9/20 and was told the same thing saying the supervisor comes and goes. The same thing happened on 9/21 and today 9/22 I called again and got a rude person saying she doesn’t know the supervisors schedule and that she can’t cancel my reservation. With one day to go, my reservation has not been cancelled and I haven’t been successful in reaching the supervisor. Not a great way to run a business. After reading other reviews, I shoulda never booked here to begin with.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place left me speechless.The family rented several rooms and all of us were horrifiedFrom outside to inside the rooms, everything about it was just a filthy, dirty, roach filled mess.Stains on the sheet, hair in the bathroom, doorknobs falling off, stinky carpets, bodged paint jobs everywhere, and to top it off;homeless people lingering in the parking lot around your vehicle harassing you while you are getting in the car.I would NOT recommend staying here.

We were told we could leave our 2 dogs in the car after we were told they couldn't be on property ? So, although mine is a service dog, the man called me a liar . After saying they could stay in car plus animals are allowed i parked my car I knew it would be OK for few hours I went to join my family in the room as soon as I layed on the bed they called I left to get my they were not barking mind you they are trained service dogs the man meet me different man than the one who told me they could be in the car . He states you lay on the bed you nor your dog can be here he threaten to call police on me for having them on property. I told him I would leave they were fine, and it was 10 .30 last night, how did he know I lay on bed? I think they have cameras in room. The room was clean and the room was decent. The employees did not seem very friendly and kept their eyes on us as if something qas wrong or we did something. You all know that stare. If ever, find a different place to stay.

we came from Connecticut for a funeral and we booked 5 rooms at this hotel, when we arrived at the hotel the owner didn’t want to give us the rooms without any reason, his behavior was aggressive, the money wasn’t refunded plus I had no place where to stay, I talked already with my attorney and I will make a report for race discrimination and racism. I don’t recommend this horrible hotel to no one.

Stayed with a pet. Required $100 cash deposit which wasn't disclosed until check-in. I assumed it was in case our miniature dachshund had an accident in the room. Before entering the room, I saw a tear in the shear tucked behind the curtain through the window. I didn't think much of it. It is an Interstate exit motel and well-used. Upon check-out they stated my dog tore the shear. When I said it was there when we checked in, they said housekeeping would have never cleared the room - which was a lie because tear was there before we walked into the room. They also stated it was our responsibility to inspect the room upon check-in. That statement was not on the deposit form (which they kept and did not provide a copy until I demanded it at check-out). They kept the deposit. I strongly suspect this room is a set-up room. IMO they rent the room to unsuspecting guests with a pet, hope they do not notice the tears hidden behind the heavy drapes, and collect the $100 cash deposit. The staff were oddly matter-of-fact about this like it was routine. I was not so calm about being taken. My mistake for assuming the small tear was normal wear for this type of motel. I learned my lesson, I will never stay there or another Choice hotel. I contacted Choice and they pawned it off on most properties, including this one, are independently owned and operated.Inspect your room carefully and report every defect if you have to leave a cash deposit! You could be a target for a scam.

This place is a scam. They kick you out in the cold of night because of a miscommunication on pet fees. Literally just kicked us out and wouldn't refund us. Acted like we were felons with security and everything. It's like a police state at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE IF VALUE YOUR PRIVACY. THEY HAVE CAMERAS EVERWHERE.

The beds are comfortable. That's the important thing. It's also the only nice thing about this place. In the 3 days of our stay our room was not cleaned once. The continental breakfast was ok. Not much was offered, but what was there was decent. The walls are thin and we had people outside our room talking into all hours of the night, which made for very little sleep. This was due to the "smoking area" being located right outside of our non-smoking room. It's a pet friendly motel and they require a cash deposit of $100 (though the website says $60) that is returned at the end of the stay. We didn't know we'd need cash so we had to leave and track down an ATM, which was annoying. I probably would never stay here again, but I've also seen worse, so there is that.

I chose this place because of the outdoor pool. The pool was closed, breakfast was awful and lasted only a short time frame. They did not even have regular coffee.. My room was rekeyed the second and last night of my stay when I got back after midnight. I had to walk quite a distance to the office to be able to get into my room. The rooms were clean.
