Have been going here for YEARS and will never go again. Jacked up the cost of oil change, didn't tell me about coupon on website, charged me for tire rotation AFTER I was told they didn't rotate my tires because one of my lug bolts was cross threaded. Took my car back to the tire place that did them, and my tires were fine, and rotated my tired for free. Called precision tune back to complain and he had the nerve to tell me that they rotated the other tires! How do you rotate 3 tires?!?! Number 1 don't lie to me, number 2 don't over charge me and number 3 hire people that are going to make your customers come back. Worst customer service I have ever had here. Will not go back as long as that person works there. Precision tune, if this is how you do business, that's sad. YOU DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I'm very angry about this!

Came to this location two days ago for Oil change when I got there I didn’t have an oil leak then they asked me could I get the car towed up there? I said no I have to drive it up there. They said no we have somebody to come pick it up. They came an pick the car up couple minutes later they called me and said, your oil pump it has a leak in it, we can fix it for you for $200. I told him i dont have the money right now could they tow the car back to me they talk about no because it’s not their fault. if I would’ve knew that, I would’ve never sent my car with them so I had to find a way to come get my car now the car dont work no more i have by a new one Don’t be messing up people parts on they car so yall can get more money Out of them They blame it on the condition of the car. I know what my car was like before I brought it in there. I will never come here again in my life an im telling everyone i know not to come here to an i will be making videos an putting them on TikTok so the world can no how yall treat ppl
