I had a mixed experience at this location. While they generally get the job done, I encountered some frustrating situations. On one occasion, an employee was reluctant to scan my USPS mail to provide a receipt until I insisted, and eventually, he did it for me. On another visit, the same employee refused to tape my box for a UPS ground shipment unless I purchased tape for $2. I found this quite silly as other places would tape it for free, understanding the importance of maintaining good customer relationships.
These experiences gave me the impression that they are quite nitpicky about minor things. It felt like a waste of my time, especially since I had to make an extra trip without getting my task completed.
Additionally, there was a sign stating that children must be supervised by an adult. While this is common sense, it gave off a vibe that they don’t particularly enjoy having children around, which seemed a bit unwelcoming and lacking in grace.
Overall, the service is okay, but the attitude and approach could definitely use some improvement.

Needed to get my fingerprints taken, made an appointment with Carolina Fingerprinting, which was fulfilled by Postal Annex. They knew what to do and my appointment went very smoothly.

Customer service seems pretty good, but the $4.40 surcharge for a book of stamps caught me by surprise. I could understand maybe $1-2 service fee, but $4.40 seems a bit much. Convenient for dropping off stuff when the post office is closed but save your money and buy your stamps elsewhere.
