I’ve had a unit for years at Poplar Point. This a family owned and run business I highly recommend. You won’t find nicer, friendlier, more helpful people anywhere. Patty gets to know her renters and is so caring. The business is clean and well maintained. Five stars for sure!

Patty is the difference maker! She is responsive and cares about her customers. She's polite and easy to deal with and no pressure like the national brands. I've moved in and out a couple different times and she was always super accommodating! If you're lucky enough to find a vacancy here your luck for sure!

A breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough nice things about this facility. The physical facility has both standard and climate controlled storage, and it's located just off Poplar Tent Road at Derita Road, near the Concord Airport, very close to the I-85 exit. But the staff is what makes this facility something special. I have used a number of storage facilities for personal and business needs and have even been part owner of one, and I can honestly say that Poplar Point surpasses any that I've seen. I and my family and employees have always found the owners and staff to be friendly and accomodating, even during stressful times, such as the road widening mess a few years ago. They provide secure, well-organized units, and have always been a pleasure to work with.
