Love how friendly the staff is! The workers are always cleaning and making sure things are in order, and they’re very kind and welcoming! Just frustrating when people sit on a machine using it to check their phones, social media, emails, etc, instead of moving on so someone else can use that machine.

I’ve been a member at the Planet Fitness in Concord Commons for some time now, but my recent experiences have been disappointing to say the least. One of the biggest issues I’ve noticed is the cleanliness of the showers. It’s clear they don’t get cleaned regularly. There has been the same trash in the shower every day, including a bottle cap that’s been there for over a week. The smell of mildew is also quite strong, likely because the mat they put on the floor never seems to get cleaned. This is a basic hygiene issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
In addition to the cleanliness concerns, the customer service has been frustrating. I’ve had several interactions with the staff where they’ve been condescending and rude, especially when I’ve tried to resolve issues related to my account. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Haileigh, was the worst. When I tried to explain my situation and referenced the law, she was extremely rude and dismissive. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when I’m just trying to get help with an issue that the company itself caused.
I’m not one to write negative reviews lightly, but the combination of poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior from staff, especially management, is unacceptable. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

This is the most awesome place if you haven't been you should go awesome people there helping you if you need a job they need help get a job get a great exercise have fun doing it enjoy the place immensely we'll continue to go I love planet fitness

I liked my experience. I did not love it, but I liked it. PF could do a lot more, but for $10 it was adequate.

I've been a member of planet fitness Concord for six years now and it's honestly been great until the past year. Im not sure if they are under new management but they don't follow any of their own policies anymore. It's pretty much a free for all these days. I've seen people working out in pajamas, work uniforms, sandals. People constantly lunk and throw the weights around, scream, talk on their cell phones extremely loud while on the treadmill, it's a huge change from the past 5 years. I use to love coming here when they followed their own policies.

Updated review 4/23/24 New staff same great gym. Very clean. Manager Tony keeps the place looking great. Reese, Michael, Haileigh , Kris all amazing and friendly. Everyone outside of maybe shortshitZ gets an A+ and keep me coming in daily.

This is the best gym ever in Concord and the Staff is wonderful!
I am so lucky to be a part of this gym. I have had a lot of training in the years I have been going there!

Pretty nice here. Better than some of the other locations I've been to.
I do wish that they would adjust the direction of some of the machines so you're not staring a stranger in the face while working on your arms lol

Everyone is friendly and respectful! The gym is clean and spacious! I love the hydro massage chairs!!!
