I can not begin to say how knowledgeable, professional, but also caring and kind this group of employees were when I had an estate banking problem. I was not a regular customer, but that did not deter them from going above & beyond to help & solve my problem. A big thank you to Monica Able, Senior Vice President, Office Leader. A caring team!!

Very helpful staff. Sharlene and Debbie are amazing in the front and Monica takes care of you in the office. low turnover which matters! the banking app is good too. Jeff Joyce, business banker, is way above the competition in knowing his clients and Solving our problems.

Whilst I make a point to use only Local, Regional, and/or State-Based Banks, the Teams {esp. at Copperfield and Harrisburg, a close Second} are fantastic. If not for their friendliness, helpfulness, kindness, always laughing and cheerful attitudes, I'd likely moved-on post-merger. Luckily, Pinnacle is a smart Company, and respects the SMB-Playbook, as well as the SMB Owned Biz. Customer Mentality: Don't swoop in, bring in replacements, and expect Customer Loyalty. 98% of business still haven't figured this simple equation {looking at you AT&T}. Sigh. Pinnacle Financial Partners is a great institution, SMB and a trusted bank and I look forward to many years as a Private Accts. Holder, and as a Business Owner Acct. Holder. I'm impressed! Great Job, Ladies! Y'all Rock!PS: Any odds on replacing the shoe-shiner at each entrance again? Disappointed with the way the mortgage consultant handled our case. She seemed very experience and knowledgeable, but she never made an effort to contact us for follow ups, took too long to respond to emails, and was almost unreachable on her phone. A lot of potential, but poor execution.
