Drove 25-minutes arriving at 4:15 PM on a Thursday only to find out that they randomly stopped buying items for the day. Never heard of this before. Seems quite unprofessional.

Rude owner gets mad if you leave one star get over it man for real you can’t keep people from not leaving a bad review and trying to make them look bad as well and saying you can’t buy new stuff from them that’s not right people these day are two faced and this happens to be one the owner is just mad because no one wants to work for him anymore really and he can’t seem to treat people right I told him I couldn’t come in because I had personal stuff going on then said I quite withought notice I just had started the job what you expect me to do I can’t come in when I got stuff going on and I’m pretty sure most moms can relate with postpartum after having a baby even going through the stuff I went through I showed up and did my job barley getting any sleep what’s so ever and still got treated the same just because I told him I need some time to recooperate way before I had to even come in the next day

Would leave Zero stars if I could. The staff, manager, and owner (when he is there) are all rude. You can judge for yourself.. just read the condescending replies from the owner on any of the less than great reviews that were left about this store. But on top of that, as soon as you walk in the store all employees are in a horrible mood, you have to basically beg for them to do their jobs. You will stand at the register with your arm full of items you think you want to buy, for 15 minutes before someone acknowledges you are there. But when you get home and get the clothes you just purchased out of the bag the employee crammed them into, you will see holes, stains, rips. Which, okay, I bought clothes from a 2nd hand store..I get it, BUT THE PRICES :0 I just paid for shirts to have holes, pants to be ripping at the seam. GEEEZ. Just save yourself the trip guys, Go somewhere worth it.

I really believe in used clothes and I’m sorry to have to report this, but I just bought a batch of used clothes for my children at the Concord location. I did not notice in the store but when I got home, I realized the clothes had a very smoky smell. I have been unable to get the smell out of the clothes after washing them repeatedly. Unfortunately, my washing machine has now picked up the smoke smell as have some of my other clothes that I washed since washing the clothes I purchased from this store. I called the manager to let him know what had happened. He did not appear to really “hear” me or be sorry for what had happened. I did not get the sense he was concerned at all about the smoke smell. I feel he should’ve apologized and reassured me that they would work to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people. I would be hesitant to shop here unless you’re already a smoker. This is not the first time I have purchased smoky smelling clothes from this shop, but the first time the smoke smell has really taken over my household. I am surprised and disappointed that they accept clothes for CHILDREN that are drenched in the unhealthy smell of third hand smoke. I hope people who need to buy used clothes are able to find a safer store for their children. This is the ONLY reason I will not shop there again:(

I love selling and buying here! I think the prices and selection is great. Some of the younger staff could be friendlier, but overall my experience is good!

I’ve never sold to OUAC but I buy very Frequently now that I’ve had my daughter and I can’t believe the reviews! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I will admit some of the staff could be a little “friendlier” but overall I’ve worked retail before I know sometimes my 100% customer service attitude is gone by the end of the day so I have no complaints honestly. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to reconsider shopping here

This is honestly the worst once upon a child I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and aren’t trained on how to handle basic human interactions. Even though they stay open until 8 the chances of them being able to help you with a buy is super low. If you aren’t one of the first people there be aware they may not help. They only do a total of 40 buys a day. They have all these made up rules and are just not reliable. The store is unorganized and the team never seems like they want to be there. I will never do business there and will drive an hour away to visit the other locations

I had a great experience. The girls sorting out the clothes were very kind to me since selling stuff is not super easy for me personally. Phenomenal and understanding staff. Will be coming in again. Very clean organized inside also.

I would like to share something with the owner, Dan.....You are so appreciated by myself and our family....You are a great business owner and especially wonderful to your employee Jonna....You have extended mercy, compassion, and kindness to her when others are only self-serving....You have an amazing heart and compassion for one's whom can easily be overlooked....You are a rare person and I wanted you to know that even though you haven't met me, your care of my Sister blesses us beyond measure!!! I hope you have a blessed Christmas and every day after!!! Thank you Dan for being an exceptional person and employer....Many Irish blessings to you!!!

Yall this is the absolute the worst place!!! I took NICE clothes still with tags and because everything in the bucket wasn’t folded and the bucket was toooo heavy for them to pick up they literally had us wait 2 hours then tell us they pass because of these reasons.

Will not be back! They told me 35 minute wait, immediately started on my clothes and was loud and goofing around the ENTIRE time.. took way longer than expected and to top it off they “accidentally” Put someone before me wasting more time than needed, ended up being in there for 2 hours!… they also talk about customers extremely loud while it’s clearly customers in store listening, stop hiring little kids !

This place is something else. They say they are picky about what they buy, but it's 100% just nonsense. I have taken clothes and shoes still with tags on them and they won't buy because of "the quality of the items." Quality...really. They still have tags or have been worn literally once or twice. Carter's, nautica, baby gap. Really nice stuff that my kids never got the chance to wear or put on only for special occasions. Mean while I have been here to shop and have legit seen clothes with stains or faded fabric. It's such nonsense."AN UPDATE TO THE COMMENT LEFT"oh it's not that you didn't buy "enough" you guys didn't buy a single item. Nothing. A lot of my stuff once again had never been worn or used. Yet the shoes and things I've seen before looks like someone dragged them through absolute filth and swapped them out in the bin and you wanna charge $10. I get you have to make a profit. My parents used to run an upscale kids consignment shop so I know how this business model operates. Also when I called to speak with someone the person who answered the phone was so rude to me. She just spoke over me talking about how busy it was. I was just there and I know your store had bins to go through but for her to be rude. I work retail. I not only work retail but operate a retail space on my own. So customer service a 0 here. I've ran a retail business and had to manage an entire staff, getting yelled at by customers and while we had a line through the store and ended $70,000 in one day. I did all this and still maintained being professional and not telling customers I'm too busy to assist them or getting attitude behind a keyboard with customers for being called out on nonsense.I have shopped here so much. I have come in and dropped a few hundred dollars each time. I was about to come in and buy more items for a trip for my kiddos. No more!Let me leave you with this ..." I will be taking my business to kid to kid from now on."?

During closet clean-outs, I rewash items that my kids outgrow and take them there periodically, but I have not been in years until a few days ago. I can say that the store is in much better order than it was 8-9 years ago. When my son was little, I would go to buy rain jackets and outerwear. Communities need a place to buy and sell gently worn items. I’m certain that it is a busy and chaotic industry, and I’m certain there are days that the tasks to get done exceeds the employees there to do them. I do recommend calling before going if you are selling. I’m certain the amount that they accept depends on employees, and if they don’t have enough ppl to process orders, then you will have to come back another day. I was well pleased at the condition of the store, what they bought from me, and the helpfulness of the staff.
