This facility is not in good condition nor is it truly climate controlled. It is extremely hot and humid in the building, there is standing water in several places throughout. It even smells musty. My furniture is COVERED in mold all over. It has been in this storage unit for two months and everything is ruined. We have filed a claim with insurance but the furniture is mostly antique family pieces which are not replaceable as well as family portraits. I’m am so incredibly upset. This building has roofing issues and water is leaking into all of the units. Do not store anything here

This place is housing scammers!!! Went to purchase a camper. Drove 1.5hrs to get to this place. Dude never showed up, even tho he kept telling me he was on his way. SCAMMER “Rob Maxwell”.

New site manager Donald is awesome. Has done a complete and total 180 since taking over. The units are well kept now and overall environment feels so much safer.

I recently toured this facility keeping in mind I may need to store items in the future. If you want to see how a business can take an d building and turn it into something well thought out and functional but keep the old bones, this is the place for you. All storage units are inside, well protected and secure. The whole layout is spacious and inviting. The on-site manager was walking around and ensuring everyone was taken care of and helped in anyway possible. I spoke with him briefly about the building history and then inquired on the rental process. The whole process seemed incredibly easy and finding out the company has a customer management center to answer calls whenever there is a concern was just a total piece of mind. I will be returning here when I decide to make the jump and need storage.

This site has really turned around in the last few months. Donald has been great at making sure the facility stays clean and that there are no vagrants on site. There are also constant improvements being made to ensure that the units are in the best shape possible.

Donald was very helpful and respectful with assisting me with my move out. He arrived at the property quickly and insured that everything was good before he left. He was "one" of the most helpful during my experience with the property.

Great improvement since new ownership, facility is cleaner and seems to be better cared for. Lots of options for unit sizing. I stopped by to ask a couple question and the building tech was very friendly and helpful.
