Great experience with Dr Hawes. As a new patient she asked me all of the right questions to gain an understanding of my gastrointestinal history. We made a plan and proceeded to move forward. She is personable, professional, and proactive. Happy to have added her to my health care team.

From the front desk personnel to the physicians (includes nurses and all staff), NE Digestive Health Center is awesome. Dr. Hawes was personally recommended by my primary care physician and Dr. Hawes is excellent - she is thoughtful, thorough and caring.

Doctors and staff are proficient in their role. Friendly, caring and professional. They take care in making sure you are comfortable. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing.

Dr. Rhodes is wonderful. I'm gonna miss him when he retires. Tbe staff was great. I can't remember names but the anesthesiologist and the ladies in the room were wonderful. And my nurse who assisted me with getting ready was great. Great atmosphere.

Had to go in for a routine endoscopy and colon screening.. From start to finish, they did a great job of explaining what to expect and what they'd be doing. The staff was super nice and the doctor had a good sense of humor and made me laugh, which was good, because I was a little nervous. All went well and I look forward to seeing them in 10 years.

The doctors, nurses, and staff members at Northeast Digestive Health Center are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! They provided adequate time to address all my questions and concerns. I believe they genuinely care for their patients!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

I recently had a colonoscopy at NE Digestive Health Center. I was very pleased with the level of care given to me prior, during and after my procedure. Every step taken was thoroughly explained and questions were answered well. Dr Paven Patel was very kind and easy to talk to. I would recommend him and NE Digestive to others.

I can’t recommend this place. First appointment: I show up early at the wrong location (due to a text with MULTIPLE addresses), with enough time to get where I was supposed to be, but they waited until the time of my appointment to tell me that and blamed me. I do not currently have insurance, but the lady I spoke to wouldn’t give me information until I scheduled an appointment. It was like pulling teeth to get ANY cost info. I have been told by two people that my appointment is in different places. I now have to do a ton of work to figure out what my procedures are going to cost, yet these are things they do all the time.
The doctors are fine, but the admin people are the absolute worst. I’ve been on hold for several minutes so I can get a phone number to call the correct location.
Stay away from them.
