Called and left a message for Jessica to call me back. That message was left on May 16,2019. Today is Monday May 20, 2019 and still no phone call. Wanted to know if she could do a certain type of nail product. Bad customer service when you don't call back. There are too many other nail places that will gladly take you as a client. Lost a customer before even being a customer. Pathetic.

Bought a groupon! Was excited to make an appointment. Turns out she doesn't even have anything until after my groupon expires. So I just wasted my money. So why even offer a Groupon? Ridiculous.
