A store associate said they couldn’t process online returns even though the invoice explicitly says that we can return online orders at any physical Nautica retail store. Also they don’t answer their phones. Either the employee don’t know how to do an online return or he’s lazy. I think it’s the later since I used to work at Banana Republic and processing an online return was easy as long as you had the invoice

We enjoy shopping at Nautica, but the communication and customer service at this location are disappointing. A recent incident involved an employee shouting at us due to a misunderstanding. Despite our attempts to communicate, other staff members blamed us without listening to our side of the story. Overall, the customer service experience at this location was very unsatisfactory.

I could give 0 star to this store at concord mills. A staff member handling changing room was so rude. She literally yelled at me not to use fitting room while I was already in it stating it’s closed though it was still open. Upon complaining of her rudeness, we were asked to leave the store! Very nice thanksgiving to the customer. I believe they could give training to their employees on polite speaking to customer. Anyways, they already lost us as a customer and we told our friends not to buy from here

My mother bought a shirt to my husband as a gift, and the shirt was too big. The shirt still had the price tag and I had the original receipt to exchange it.On the receipt, it says that I have 60 days to return or exchange with receipt and tags on. The ladies at Nautica Concord Mills did not want to exchange the L to M shirt. They told me I had to pay an extra 10$ as the shirt was now in clearance, even though it was the same shirt, just different size.As I previously worked in retail as a manager, I know she needs to do an exact exchange by overriding the price, as I am still in my 60 days of purchase, even though the sale price changed in the store. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable that I have to pay an extra 10$ for an exchange of the same shirt for a different size. One of the lady was really aggressive to me and told me she couldn’t do anything to help me. Only a refund with the orignal card payment is acceptable for me to return it. As my mom lives in another state, I will need to keep this shirt which is too big even though I have everything in place to exchange it.*I believe appropriate retail training to associates/managers is much needed to better serve customers in this store.*

Hello, I went to return something a few days ago and I had one of the worst, if not the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I was told not to touch the clothes in the store because I didn’t know the exact location of sizes in the piles. I was told to literally “stop” touching the hangers so they weren’t even the folded clothes. Regardless, I worked in retail before and I’m pretty sure you cannot tell a customer to not touch or look at the clothes. Anyway, she gave me the shirts that she had to hand to me and I went to check out and exchange the size. I was told to pay more money which is fine, but at first she refused to exchange them until I continued to ask why and she finally allowed it when I said I would pay the remainder because I guess they were on sale before. I went home and they didn’t fit my husband again, so we went back to exchange it and I brought him with me this time. Typically I know his size, but these shirts were a gift and we don’t actively shop at your store. He picked out a coat to exchange for the shirts we had been given/paid for. The person checking out informed me that she needed a manager because one of the shirts I purchased no longer had a tag, but the other one did and I had the receipt. Then that same woman who refused to let me touch clothes peaked out and had another person who claimed to be the manager come immediately towards me. Grab the shirt without the tag and said “I refuse to take this back and there is nothing I can do with this” even though he has never worn it and I literally had the receipt and the other woman saw me the other day. The person then took the shirt from me and said the receipt says without the tags then I can’t exchange it. My husband and I looked through the receipt and it said nothing of the sort. It was so incredibly rude on two occasions and then the person literally took my shirt that I wasn’t allowed to exchange and put it with a pile of clothes until I said can I have it back… Maybe I can give them away. Im not sure why they took the shirt from me that I wasn’t allowed to exchange. We called our family and friends after the experience and told them to never order from this company again from the whole experience.

Been trying to call for weeks to ask about a refund I purchased online . Phone rings out and no answer. Want to get the information before I wasted a trip. Not sure if they are still open in that mall
