Don’t even bother! They’ve refused to do business with me twice. Once on the phone and once in person. They’re always ridiculously backed up. Guessing they don’t need new business. I was promptly told I had zero chances of getting any work done on my vehicle. Thank God this is America and we have choices and can go spend our money on places who value doing business.

This place needs a higher rating than just a 4.8 stars. The woman in the front is too sweet. I had come here to get my window propped up. And another place was charging me over $500 to get my window fixed. I just needed it propped and the lady has asked if $50 was okay. These people are so considerate and sweet. I’m not from NC. I was visiting family here from WV and needed this before i went back. They are so patient, sweet, understanding and more. I wish we had this back in WV. Highly recommend coming here! Amazing people, fast work and reasonable pricing!!! 11/10 Must recommend to everyone!! And that is my “honest opinion”. Get it Honest Mechanic! Anyway, but yes, come here! You won’t regret it!

Safe location, super friendly office staff, clean and comfortable waiting area, explain everything, they truly are honest and make sure they are giving you great customer service. Not only did they address the problem I came in for but they also did a 27 point preventative maintenance check at no charge. They let me know what to keep an eye on and when to come back. Oh and there is a $10 new customer discount! This is a great place for everyone but especially if you don’t know a lot about cars and are afraid you will be taken advantage of.Services: Air conditioning

I needed a mechanic to look at a used car I was purchasing an hour away from home. I called and explained my situation and they agreed to accommodate me on short notice. The service I received exceeded my expectations and was very reasonable from a cost perspective. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

I wanted to just take the time to leave a review for Brandon. I was broken down in a friends car in the middle of the road he took the time to not only go buy jumper cables but jump the vehicle. He was a lifesaver in this heat! Will definitely be checking in out for all my mechanical needs in the future!

I can’t say enough good about these guys. I have had a multitude of work done and have never had an issue. I am also a hard customer to deal with and they always take the time to walk me through stuff and answer all of my questions. They are upfront about repairs and cost and have never misled me.Services: Exhaust

Wow. Incredibly amazing and awesome service. Hands down the best mechanic in the area. Knowledgeable staff that truly lives by the name. Check in process is simple and smooth. Mechanic will talk to you about your situation and help you understand.I have several company vehicles severely lacking in maintenance due to being taken advantage of from previous mechanics. I'm so happy to have found my honest mechanic and I'm actually looking forward to working through my vehicles and getting them all running great again.

I am so happy and relieved. Darrell fixed a minor problem that was a MAJOR problem for me because I didn't have a 10millimeter tool to finish a job. My family and I will be switching to My Honest Mechanic permanently. I've been looking for a good mechanic in an honest business in Concord ... and I've found it.
