The other day we went to this store. Staff is helpful except at the Customer Service. If you want a money order either their machine isn't working or no one there to help you. The other day, A clerk paged for customer service. By time I was checked out - no one had replied to the page. The clerk called again; finally someone came. Suggestion, give the clerks a raise and teach them how to run the counter. I am thankful they usually have an aisle open to be checked out or a gentleman to help check you out at the self aisle in case no aisles are open. The clerks do an excellent job in assisting customers. Thank you

I don't do all of my grocery shopping in person anymore. I used to really dread going to do complete shopping at the larger Walmart, because it's such a ginormous store and so overly crowded. Well, my family and I now use this Walmart location to do grocery pickup and it's really the best thing we ever started. It saves us so much time, money, and stress!!!!! They always get the orders right and if they are out of something, they let us know and ask if something else is okay instead. Helps us save time, because I'm not having to drag my son to the store for shopping, saves us money because again, we are not in a store, looking and grabbing things we don't need out of impulsivity, and we can see how much it is before we checkout by ordering online. And somebody literally brings out the groceries for you and puts them in the trunk for you. It's so easy and amazing and I'm grateful we found out we could do that! 5 stars!

Walmart can be a very ratchet place. However, Walmart Neighborhood Market is Walmart's calmer, cleaner, more organized cousin. This smaller location is much more organized so that I can easily grab n'go! It consists of essentially only the grocery and toiletry depts of a typical Walmart. Also, it is is much more smaller scale than a typical Walmart, meaning that it may not have every single brand or variety as Walmart normally would. I have also experienced the grocery pick-up offered at this location. I pick up for my mother on a regular basis and the staff who brings the items out are always prompt and professional. When arriving for grocery pick-up,simply pull into the designated parking spots and staff automatically brings out your stuff (if using the app). The 1st time I did it, I was about to get out and help unload and offered to tip the staff, but was told that they would take care of everything gratuity-free. Occasionally I have to ask them to give me breakable items in the front seat (such as bread/milk into the front seat), but usually they get it and do it automatically. Also, if they don't have a requested item, they will usually notify you prior to placing items in your vehicle to make sure that you accept the substitute. Prior to discovering this place I avoided all Walmarts, even for light shopping because of the chaos. Now, I have started shopping here on a fairly regularly basis. It is such a convenient store layout and I also like the peace of shopping in a less chaotic environment. If you are a light to medium shopper, this is the place for you!

While I hate supporting Walmart, because of their exploitative employment practices, I have regularly (and shamefully) shopped at this store due to its proximity to my house. I decided to review this store, however, because on each visit I have been astounded by the incredible customer service. One time, I was shopping for items for a work event and I accidentally threw away the receipt. I called Walmart and Donna immediately offered to help. She searched for the receipt, printed it, and faxed it to me all within a few hours. She was so pleasant and accommodating on the phone. Since that visit Donna has assisted me several times to find certain items or fix the self-checkout machine (I am totally inept at those machines). She has such a warm and welcoming demeanor, and works hard to brighten the customers' days. She is such an asset to Walmart--they are truly lucky to have her on their team!! Alisha is another Walmart employee who has gone above and beyond to make my visits to Walmart memorable, in a good way! Alisha often works at the customer service desk, which I stop by frequently to get money orders. Alisha always has a huge smile on her face. She is very patient, and always confirms everything before acting--an important skill when printing nonrefundable money orders. Walmart Neighborhood Market has incredible employees who work hard to give their customers a positive experience. Walmart should work just ad hard to support these people upon whom their business relies.

Deli only has 1 person working in it and they close at 8 pm. There's no consistency to what this store sells and what it doesn't sell. What I mean is you find BBQ ribs, whole rotisserie chickens, wings, or you might find zero hot food at all. The shelved products are the same way. It had no Diet Gingerale Canada Dry for 3 weeks because the vendor kept stocking regular in the Diet slot as well. Bread is the same way. You may see Sara Lee Breakfast bread once then never again. I used to buy shelled sunflower seeds in a yellow bag for a $1.93 here, but once they sold out, they never restocked the product. Shelves are stocked according to what they have to stock not to the plannagram of what should be in a certain space. It's definitely not normal to buy something at a grocery store for weeks, and then, suddenly without warning, the place where that product goes stays empty Unstocked or the wrong product is put in the wrong empty spot! Produce is going bad as well. I don't know if the store has not built up their customer base up enough since recently opening or what, but tonight I wanted Anjou fresh pears, and the ones they had were all not ripe at all or over ripe to the point of having squishy cuts and holes in them, I wanted Roma plum tomatoes but all the ones they had were way too squishy and overripe, I wanted cucumbers but all the ones they had were too short and skinny and were marked up with bruises, I wanted green bell peppers but all the ones they had were damaged or way too small like they were picked too soon. This is frustrating to go thru a produce Dept and not be able to find anything on your list that's fresh and correctly ripened. The lady that normally works in the deli is very nice but slow. If someone is ahead of you, expect to wait at least 15 minutes or longer. There's usually another 2 employees in this area, but oddly, they never assist the deli lady! This is beyond frustrating! I won't be shopping here anymore because of the inconsistencies! I can't find half the items on my shopping list because of these errors!

I decided to seek out the closest Wal-mart and found this versus the Wal-mart further down road. As usual, I'll pick my produce first. The roma tomatoes weren't as clean and red-looking like back home. These had some brown spots. Everything was in stock. I had no issues of looking for something and it wasn't there. There wasn't a lot of Chobani flip choices but that's okay at the time because I only needed a few Feeling indifferent about the rice pudding I purchased last night (4/10) and it says best eaten by 4/12. I really feel like this should have been marked down (like last week)! I wish I looked before purchasing. **3.5**

I despise this particular Walmart, it seems a lot more "Walmart" then other walmarts. Every time I pull up there are always a ton of employees smoking just in front of the door! They used to stand on the side at a table but they have all moved up front so you have to go through disgusting smoke to get inside. The inside also seems so dark all the time.

This is a very nice Walmart if you're looking to pick up some groceries, especially if you're in a hurry. They only have food and home products (hence the market name), so don't come if you're looking for electronics, toys, decor, or anything like that. The produce selection is very good and very fresh, especially for a Walmart. The dairy and meat selections are a little lacking in variety but not quality of items, same with the store as a whole. It's a smaller store, so you might not find the item you're looking for if it's a very specific product, but as a whole they seem to keep things well stocked and you should be able to find any staple foods you'd need. Also they have a ton of self-checkout lanes, so if you're looking to get in and out quickly I'd highly recommend this location.
