Tony was a great guy to talk to and he worked with me to get the deal I was looking for. He made the test drive fun and easy and I always avoid test drives unless I’m absolutely planning on buying the car; all business. I couldn’t help but enjoy my time with him talking about family and sports while testing out my future purchase.Jamie was a gem to work with as well. She helped me via text to help me narrow down pricing to confirm whether or not my hour drive to the dealership would be worth the time.This was extremely important to me, because my previous two visits to two other Modern dealerships were very, very, disappointing.Paul was also great in helping breakdown what I was signing, he even gave me free books to take home for my one year old son.

Jeff Crump is the MAN! I've been to several Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte and the Concord dealership is the place to be. I am always greeted kindly and the technicians are incredibly honest on the assessment of my car. Jeff has serviced my vehicle several times and each time he has been upfront, amicable and responsive. If he had a tip jar, he would be retired by now. Definitely the go to dealership and I will probably purchase my next vehicle there.

Took delivery of the Tucson on Wednesday evening and had a significant issue occur Thursday evening with the vehicle. Called the store and told them about the issue, and Denny the assistant service manager came and picked up the car. He then Fixed the issue personally, and thoroughly inspected the car to make sure no damage was done. He then dove the car back to my daughter personally. I can't say anything but high praises for how we were treated during the sales process with Owen, and the managers in sales. Also how well the service department handled our situation. I'm so impressed with the way they took care of us and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently made a purchase with this dealership, and it went as smoothly as I could hope for. Richard and Ashley were amazing!! They were able to quickly schedule me for a test drive. Richard was able to guide me through the purchase process and also give me all the information on the car that I needed so that I could decide to move forward with my purchase. The dealership has quality used vehicles and excellent customer service. I recommend making your next purchase with this dealership!

After a horrible experience at a local dealership, I called Modern and immediately knew I would make the 3 hour drive to, at least, look at the Genesis GV70 I was interested in. Jaime took my initial call and was pleasant to speak with and she got me set up with an awesome salesperson named Hugo. He was an absolute class-act and I ended up buying my GV70. George in finance helped me buy a warranty and made the process easy and helpful. Alex (Sales Manager), you’ve got a great team! Thank you!

When it comes to buying new cars I take it very seriously (being a car enthusiastic of a sort).That being said I drove over ten hours down to Modern Hyundai to pick up my car. Mostly because the car was a special trim level which doesn't show up at most dealerships without a special order.I also traded in my vehicle and despite it having a couple small modifications I didn't mention when completing purchase order (before pick up) they honored the same price as the original purchase order.All staff members were exceptional.My salesman Tyler, along with someone else from customer relations (I believe it was Jamie) were very personable and made the transaction seamless.I can't recommend these guys enough.Please consider buying your next vehicle there. They'll take very good care of you.

I was treated like a valued guest and felt I received a great deal of value for the price paid. I was also given a fair price for my trade and did not waste time with a long drawn out negotiation. Everyone I dealt with from the salesman and sales manager to the finance manager and service department made me feel like they were there to make my experience pleasant and efficient and had me driving away in my new Hyundai in no time at all.

Hugo was great. He took his time with us and showed us everything we needed to know about my new car. He drove 8 hours round trip to pick my car up from another dealership since they didn’t have the one I wanted on their lot. We drove three hours away to this dealership and would definitely do it again. 10/10 recommend.

So I decided to trade a pickup truck that I had for something more “user friendly”, not knowing if I would leave with something or not. Why choose Hyundai you ask, because of the absolutely amazing Santa Cruz. What a cool vehicle!!! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was treated amazing!!! David my salesman, Ashley who answered the phone when I first called, and Denny in service for a few things I needed taken care of…ALL AMAZING!!! This is a dealership I would absolutely say 10 out of 10 would recommend!! As for the vehicle, high marks across the board! Amazing safety features, fast, fun, funky, weird, and so many more words I could use!!Thank you Modern for a great experience!!

Pretty much the worst dealership I have worked with as far as their service department. Took three weeks to get an appointment three weeks out for a recall. Prior to the appointment, I called the service department to let them know the alternator was dead due to the issues with the recall. They were going to have someone call me back. Never happened. Took the car for the Wednesday appointment. Called Wednesday afternoon for an update and was transferred to the service advisor"s voice mail. Left a message but never received a call back. Called the next day and spoke to the service manager who said they had to order a part. Seriously? After all this time you don"t have the part you know you will need to complete the recall? Said the part would be in on Friday. After I question their level of service, the service manager says they are understaffed. Friday comes and goes with no phone call. Monday afternoon comes and I call for an update. I am told the part just came in and they would be finishing up the repair. Tuesday afternoon rolls around and I receive a call trying to sell me on some other repairs. Are you kidding me?!!! Then I say it has been almost a week since we had the car towed in for the recall appointment. I am told they only have two technicians working on 60 cars. What a joke this place is. Never again.

This is the place where I bought my car, and the service has always been great. I have no complaints. They've worked with me in the past, even facilitating a trade for a newer-style vehicle, the one you can see in the picture. I recently came in for a scheduled oil change, which was covered under warranty. Typically, my visits take about an hour. When you take your vehicle for service, you can choose to wait or just leave your keys. If you decide to wait, they usually offer a nice assortment of snacks for their customers. Alternatively, you can browse some local stores, including Walmart, which is located behind the dealership within walking distance. Personally, I always recommend returning to the original place where I purchased my car for servicing and tuning.

Still waiting on a call back from a service advisor. I called asking to schedule a service but liz claimed everyone was busy so she took my number down and said they would give me a call back. It's been past 72hrs and still nothing...

We have been searching all over the perfect car for our daughter. I am so happy that we found MODERN HYUNDAI. It was such a pleasant car buying experience and every associate was extremely friendly. Every time I come here I wait for hours. I would be perfectly okay with that if there was some form of communication about how long I should expect to wait, the status of my service, or anything else that is relevant to the status of my car/wait time. Have yet to have a Hyundai Dealership service experience that I enjoyed.
