“Love Oakley designs and build quality, so this is an excellent store to check the latest Oakley merchandise. They do change products frequently, so check this store out regularly for the latest fashions. The service is good with the staff helping but not overbearing. They carry Oakley frames, sunglasses, shoes, clothes, backpacks and more. Inside the Concord Mills Mall.”

“On the Sunday after Thanksgiving or Black Friday, many stores in the shopping mall had discounts of up to 70%. Here, in the Levi's Outlet Store, there was 50% off the entire range, whether it was belts, socks, trousers, jackets... So let's go. The bargains were still available in almost all sizes. Molto Bene. The store was full, yet tidy and there was hardly any waiting time at the checkout. Anita was friendly and quick.”

“Emily is amazing!! She is a great sales person. As a business owner myself -- having someone like her on their team is an asset! She suggested Jewelry pieces to me, convinced me to buy pieces I was unsure of! She was polite, she didn't break while still working folding clothes toward closing time. So she is a great multi tasker. I felt comfy with her, not like South Park mall where they watch you & have attitudes (except the one black lady who works there.) She was by herself as well, so to have that energy was rare!”

I usually hate these bargain stores because I don’t love the thrill of the hunt, however, this was worth it and prices were great. “I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”
“I stopped in because I had an item on hold for me. I was at the other location at the Premium Outlets and they called to this location for me. Jennifer got my item amd assisted me with trying it out. She answered my questions and explained my options. There were others in the store that greeted me and had conversation with me as well. Definitely better service than the other outlet location.”

“The staff is friendly, however, the store is disgusting, there is gum all over the gate and door at one of the entrances. We found candy, dust, and hair all over the floor. They do carry a wide variety of styles and I found some great deals”
