Either have your dr call in, fax in, send in your lab orders, or bring them in with you.
This Lab location is in the Gateway Medical Office Building, located in the Gateway Plaza off Copperfield blvd. Much easier than going to northeast location!
Tons of parking, & oversized parking!

“My experiences here have always been great. The drug screen hours have been updated. 10am-11:30am and 2pm-3:30. It's best to be here a few minutes early and have your info ready. The staff have always been respectful to me.”
